They are better than Ace rent to own but not by much..We had to have our items serviced 3 different times & they never really fixed them exept to work short term. We had our items serviced prior to our last payment was due & the items still do not work properly..after paying over $2200 for a portable dishwasher I could of bought for $700 & $4500 on a washer & dryer that I could of got for $1800, its natural to want your items repaired properly or replaced..They claim most of their items they sell you are new but they are not, so be leery..& God forbid if your late on a payment cause they will hound you & not just you. example::if our bill was due Wednesday & we don't get paid till Saturday,that's considered late the very day your payment is due. they will call you, your work, your family, friends,they even stalk your social media pages & message ppl in your friends list, even of you tell them you will be late..you can be 18 hours late & they start the bullying. They threatened to take our items when we hade ONE payment left & wanted items serviced CORRECTLY before our last payment..We told them this prior & they still called & messaged everyone I listed above..They switch sales associates as ofter as ya change your dirty underwater it seems to me, & no one seems to communicate with one another..Ace rent to own is 100x's worse. I will add..not all aarons are this way just avoid lincoln ne store if at all possible..My dishwasher don't work properly after 3 different services & I have to buy a new one now cause the store had it for over a month with NO loner prior to my last payment & it's still not...

I had gotten furniture from there brought it to my house broken took it back said they fixed it ended up just stapling the material back on ended up falling apart again six months later we’ve had over a year now and still not fixed still no solution we have called they try to come up with a solution by swapping out furniture for other furniture that was not nearly the same or same quality as what we already had from them and then when they call they are extremely rude the wording that they use is definitely not anything close to being appropriate for what you should say to a customer by any means and I’m a car salesman if that says anything but also the harassment part that others have claimed is true They will call you up7 to 8 times every day which I understand because you owe them something but when you have already called and said hey my payday is the next day or two days after when it’s due and then they still end up calling you that many times when they say they have left a note on the account I find very unprofessional also My furniture has still not yet been fixed or replaced like I said but yet according to the contract if I uphold my end of it they uphold their’s but yeah that seems to mean nothing to them so I would not recommend them in my own personal opinion but if you have had a good experience with them in the past that’s great I am not happy with the fact that Arona home essentials took over Aaron’s I think that was a...

I would leave no stars if I could but this place is terrible with the way they deal with people! They call me multiple times a day for the last 2 weeks and leave messages about an account that isn't even mine nor does if even have my name on it! I do not even have any furniture or any rental items from them and NEVER have! I've told them several times that the person they are trying to reach is not associated with this number nor have they ever been and to take my number off the account. I was then told that they need a number to call and this is the one that have! Ok well that makes no damn sense your calling someone who is not even renting from you like 8 times a day EVERY DAY just because you need a number to call! He then proceeded to tell me he could prove me wrong that they don't call they much! Well I can as well I have the damn voicemails and phone logs! Like I said I don't rent nor have I ever from this place but they are extremely rude people who harass you even if you tell them you don't have an account there!
