Tonight was a not so great night for service or food, had to flag down waitress to get menus, flag her down again to place our order, got my steak mixed up with someone else from our party, medium rare instead of medium, she took it back and burned it, literally.the ketchup dish had none in it, No refill on drink entire meal... and flag her down again to pay.... was about to throw some cash on the table and leave.. Not a good experience for $175 meal. Sorry Mary, you did not do a good job.

Hands down the BEST New York strip in town and the best I have ever had in my life. Cooked to absolute perfection, outstanding waitress, laid back atmosphere. I can honestly say this is my new favorite restaurant..... and if you have read any of my previous post, you know that I'm a huge critic of how the restaurant industry has lost its "wow" factor., but this place absolutely NAILED it!! Good job and thank you...

Overpriced and inconsistent. While their "smokey" drinks are phenomenal, we found fault with every single one of our dishes. The balsamic reduction on the Brussels Sprouts was so overpowering, we were puckering up. The Ahi Tuna was to die for, but the salad with which it was served was so spicy, it was unpleasant against the already spiced tuna. And finally, they brought out our medium-well steak at medium-rare, which they then stuck back on the grill and brought out nearly well done--barely pink, chewy and dry. No manager stopped by our table to check on our experience with only 4-5 tables occupied. We dropped nearly $100 for two people. I can think of so many other local places that boast more attentive management and offer similar cuisine--cooked expertly--at a price that now seems like a steal...

Tavern 180 was a pleasant surprise. We were guided to the location by a member of our group from Missouri no less. She having googled the good ratings made the call. Tavern 180 is perhaps not the best name but I sure do like everything else this establishment represents. Excellent drinks, high end, tasty meals, nice selection of desserts. In door dimly lit lighting makes it a great date spot. Indoor and outdoor seating. Not a huge amount of space so maybe call ahead, as I could see it filling up on certain days. ...

The jalapeño queso appetizer was awesome and there salads are delicious. I ordered a $66 dollar 14oz ribeye that was one of the lowest quality ribeyes that I have had to date. I have had better sirloins. I ordered it medium and it came out rare. I sent it back it came out medium rare. I will go to hyvee and grill you a steak for $30 that blows this one out of the water. The risotto and brussel sprouts were good. I definitely wouldn’t order their “wagyu” after this. Go to Misty’s in havelock if you want the best steak in lincoln!!!!

Had the filet mignon and Bourdain potatoes with a side house salad. Thought the Filet was a bit peppery for me but still flavorful. My mom had mushrooms as her side which was very good but we were not advised there was an extra $3 charge for it. We were also not offered a dessert menu. Overall the service and food was good. Thought service was better in Omaha but will go back for brunch in the future.
