We wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before grocery shopping. My son ordered the #1. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich without the bun/extra lettuce. Cashier was kind, polite, and fast. Food came out quickly as well. Hot & correct. We sat down and I went back to the counter to ask for a sauce for my chicken sandwich and the following ensued... Me- what kind of sauces do you have for chicken? Lady- what kind of chicken? Me-(a bit puzzled) grilled chicken. Lady- for nuggets? We dont have grilled nuggets. We have chicken nuggets. Me- yes, I know. I bought a chicken sandwich. What sauces do you have? Lady- for a chicken sandwich? None. We only have sauces for chicken nuggets. Me- do you have honey mustard sauce? Lady- yes, but not for your sandwich. Only for nuggets. Only nuggets, not for sandwiches. We dont have sauce for chicken sandwiches. Me- well, i have a sandwich, not nuggets, can i have one anyway? Or even purchase one? Lady- i guess so, this time. But we dont have sauces for chicken sandwiches. Only for nuggets... not for sandwiches. At all. (She finally reluctantly hands me one sauce) This time. But only one! Me- I appreciate that. Thank you. Lady- yeah, ok. ONLY THIS TIME. Me- smh... Yes ma'am, i heard you the first 3 times. Thank you again. (I walked back to my seat.) I dont know her name since she didn't have a name tag on. Seriously though, if as a multi-million dollar company, if you are going to quible with a customer over a single pack of sauce to the point that you hold up the line at lunch hour, even AFTER they offer to pay you for it, you can keep your food. I will go to Chic-fil-a clear across town before I will bother with your establishment. As a possitive, the store was clean......
Read moreI went through the drive-thru on October 6th 2023 between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m.. the lady who took my order did not understand me after you drive through window I told her I wanted a number one and a bowl of chili. She informed me that she could not hear me pull to the window and then she would take my order. When I got to the window I told her that I wanted a maple bacon chicken sandwich combo and a bowl of chili. She informed me that they did not make chili until 10:00 that it wasn't ready. So I told her just to give me two maple bacon chicken sandwiches and make one of them a combo. She told the guy a number seven who was making the sandwiches he repeated back to her in Spanish and number seven and she repeated back to him in Spanish number 7. I didn't realize the difference because I wasn't really paying attention. I pulled around to eat my sandwich because the lobby was not open at this hour. Noticed that I got a Baconator. Went back around to the drive-thru at this time the manager was coming into work. She gave me an attitude and try to give me a one sandwich. I was never rude to her and will I ever be rude. Told her that I ordered two sandwiches. I noticed the difference in price because I got charged more. She lied to me and told me that they were the same price so I had to go back around through the drive through I see the price for myself. When I went back around to the window she gave me another attitude and gave me a dollar in cash out of the drawer. I should have made her put it back on my card. I plan to call...
Read moreThe food is always fantastic, and this time was no exception. The burger was big, fresh, and tasty. Their relatively new fries are truly phenomenal when you get them hot out of the frier. This is why I go inside to eat these days; if I went through the drive thru they'd be a bit cooler by the time I ate them, and that'd be a travesty; they'd merely be good. Hot out the frier, they are the best fries I've ever tasted.
The place was relatively clean and the atmosphere was comfortable.
The service was OK, but not great. The crew member took my order and wrang it up, then told me my total and literally walked away to go do something else. She did give me my cup before scarpering off, but I had to reach under the plexiglass and tear my receipt from the printer myself.
She was getting ready to close the dining room at like 2:00 pm, as it turns out. She posted signs at the doors saying only the drive thru would be open, sorry. Maybe they are still impacted by the labor shortage; the sign...
