I recently had the pleasure of enjoying brunch at Plenty of Huevos with my daughter, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
First and foremost, the staff at Plenty of Huevos were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They took the time to recommend dishes and answer our questions, making us feel special and well taken care of. It's always a delight to be greeted with such warmth and enthusiasm, which truly sets the tone for a great meal.
The environment of the restaurant was another highlight. It was both welcoming and beautifully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere where we could relax and share a meal together. The vibrant decor added to the charm, making it a perfect setting for a delightful brunch.
Now, let’s talk about the food! We sampled a variety of dishes, and each one was more impressive than the last. The flavors were fresh and unique, showcasing the qualities of the food. I particularly enjoyed the signature huevos rancheros, which were bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. My daughter couldn’t get enough of the torta de pollo with a side of seasonal fruit – they were a true treat!
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in every aspect of our brunch. From the beautifully presented dishes to the thoughtful touches, and the best coffee in Illinois, it was clear that Plenty of Huevos values its customers' experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Plenty of Huevos for anyone looking for a memorable brunch experience. The combination of friendly service, inviting ambiance, and delicious food makes it a standout choice. We will definitely be returning to explore more...
Read moreGreat first experience with my family on Sunday. The service was very attentive all around. The restaurant was packed, but even still, we were seated promptly.
With so many great breakfast spots in the area, Plenty of Huevos brings something unique to the locale offerings with a south of the border flare.
I was quite surprised with how busy the location was with the knowledge that the establishment is somewhat hidden - or a little obscure from the public eye off the main road, but I’m happy for the business owners, who stopped-by each table to ensure we were all well taken care of.
The Cafe de Olla ☕️ was a delightful treat, and sweetened lightly with cane sugar.
The Licuado de Fresa 🍓 was a classic take on a strawberry shake and my kids loved it.
The Chilaquiles we expertly crafted and their salsa verde was spot on. The eggs were cooked perfectly over medium. The steak was lean and tender.
The Cajeta Pancakes 🥞 were scrumptious and the Churro French Toast was delectable. We liked the strawberry dipping sauce the most (over the chocolate and tres leches dipping sauce options).
Settling the check from the table was easy breezy.
Overall, we’re really impressed with this new neighborhood addition and will be back as soon as possible.
Special thanks to Jose and his...

This is right near Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire ( Milwaukee Avenue and Route 45 just North of Route 22). This is the building on the far East with plenty of parking and a wonderful outside patio ( pet friendly). The menu is filled with great choices and as Frank put it, very affordable. I will also tell you that the portions are quite ample. Our server , Maria, made sure that we had everything we needed. Seeing that we share every choice, she made sure that we had fresh silver and plates for each course of the meals we tasted. I been to many places. I love food. Chilequilas is great. Rojo sauce not spicey. Get with diablo sauce or on side. the Denver: diced ham, onions, bell peppers and mozzarella cheese. they also have plenty of omelets. French Toast is one of my favorite breakfast dishes and while I enjoy the Challah bread, the Churro style served here was terrific. The bread is fried and dipped in cinnamon sugar and topped with cream. It was served with three dipping options- tres leches, strawberry and my fav- chocolate. We all loved these and each had a different...
