The combination of top-notch sushi and the pulsating energy of a nightclub creates an ambiance that's truly one-of-a-kind.

Read moreIt was my first night staying in Illinois for work and my wife was craving sushi like always so we found this place close to our hotel. To begin the gentleman who took our to go order was very pleasant and we enjoyed great conversation while waiting for our food! Sometimes it’s hard to recreate a fine dining experience with food “to go” but our food was so amazing we wouldn’t have had it any other way! With every bite while sitting on our small hotel sofa our taste buds took us into a world of bliss! We live in Manhattan (don’t worry haven’t been there for months since I travel for work) and are very picky about our sushi spots. My wife proclaimed this to be the best sushi she has ever had and if you heard the sounds she was making while eating, it was definitely true! I tried a few bites of hers and it was absolutely phenomenal! I ordered the chicken teriyaki dinner and the chicken was so fresh and juicy it didn’t even need the teriyaki sauce they appropriately give on the side. I will definitely be back before I go to get sushi for myself though the chicken is all I’ve been thinking about now, and I was never one to order out chicken. This was simply one of the best meals we’ve had in a while and we thank...
Read moreThe food was good, but I was not happy with my experience.
After our meal, the busboy spilled all of the collected trays and food (including soy sauce) onto me. This was an accident and he apologized profusely.
Unfortunately, things like this happen, and I'm not angry with the busboy. However, the restaurant's response was very disappointing. After trying to clean myself off in the bathroom for about 15 minutes, the waitress appeared and said sorry. Soaking wet and annoyed, I told her I understood it was an accident and asked for the check.
She brought the check and I paid our $180 bill for two with a credit card. She then brought a credit card machine and stood over my shoulder and watched me decide how much to tip her, which was unprofessional and frankly obnoxious.
I don't expect a free meal but to offer your customer literally nothing when you spill food and stain their clothes with sauces and then stand over their shoulder to watch them tip you is very much unappreciated. Any restaurant that cares about its customers would have comped drinks or offered literally anything for something like this.
Disappointing experience and service. Don't care that the food is good because I will not...
