Being busy isn't an excuse for treating your customers like they're beneath you. We didn't receive our full order from the drive thru, and when I went inside to get the rest my meal no one acknowledged my presence at the counter. Then when I was finally acknowledged, the "manager" treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her. She was rude when I asked for the Sriracha they left out of both of my meals and grabbed everything out and handed me 30+ packets and then threw the box on the ground. Every employee finally looked at me and gave me the rudest look I have ever received from employees. It's sad when I go across the street to Bojangles and they treat me with more respect and I spend a fraction there. Apparently customer service is a thing of the past. Very disappointed at the staff working! I told the person taking my order I was going to use my rewards. Once I get to the window they told me they didn’t use my rewards and I proceeded to tell them I wanted to use my rewards. They told me it was “too late” so I couldn’t use my rewards. I kindly told them that I had said I wanted to use my rewards and the people in the back processed to talk shit and laugh at me. Which made me very upset. The nice lady, Nancy; at the window told me she’d take the blame for another persons mistake. Fortunately the manager came and fixed the situation. Gave me a refund and apologized as well. Once upon a time, a mother and her teenage daughter walked into a Starbucks in Lincolnton after attending a friend's baby shower. Upon receiving their drinks, the teenager made a face and realized she'd ordered her frappuccino wrong! The mom suggested she could ask them to remake it, advising that they may or may not. The teenager walked up to the counter and apologetically explained she ordered wrong and asked if they could remake it without the espresso.
