Being busy isn't an excuse for treating your customers like they're beneath you. We didn't receive our full order from the drive thru, and when I went inside to get the rest my meal no one acknowledged my presence at the counter. Then when I was finally acknowledged, the "manager" treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her. She was rude when I asked for the Sriracha they left out of both of my meals and grabbed everything out and handed me 30+ packets and then threw the box on the ground. Every employee finally looked at me and gave me the rudest look I have ever received from employees. I kept my patience till I saw the workers laughing at me. I suffer from anxiety so this whole situation made me feel very unsettled. This is very...

Upon receiving their drinks, the teenager made a face and realized she'd ordered her frappuccino wrong! The mom suggested she could ask them to remake it, advising that they may or may not. The teenager walked up to the counter and apologetically explained she ordered wrong and asked if they could remake it without the espresso. They made the new drink with love and care (and relief because they thought THEY had done something wrong). The teenager enjoyed that drink while declaring she might like to move to Lincolnton one day because the people are so...
