Kinanm Restaurant & Bakery — Restaurant in Linden

Everytime I come here I make sure to call 30/40 mins ahead because no matter when you get there your food WILL NOT be prepared. Today I called 45 mins prior to me driving there. I only ordered 3 things (white rice, sauce turkey, soup). When i arrived there was only one customer ahead of me and two workers preparing the plates. The workers were talking and talking taking forever to give the guy his food. I’m just waiting patiently for my food. Then once they’re done giving him his food, 3 guys walk in(they also called ahead of time). It has now been atleast 10-12 mins. I’m still waiting for the two ladies to ask me for my order but INSTEAD the older lady asks the guy for his order and prepares it for him and NOW I’m annoyed because Ive been standing here for almost 15 mins and still haven’t been served. Then the younger girl begins to prepare the other two male customers orders. The workers can clearly see I’m pissed. ONE I’ve been here longer than necessary, TWO I placed an order long before I’ve arrived, THREE it’s very small and hot in the restaurant, and FOUR why the hell aren’t you preparing orders in a timely and orderly fashion. I spoke up and the younger lady messed up the order….smh. I told the older lady in which she began to prepare it correctly. The store began to get packed of customers during this time. Some even called beforehand and was upset that the food still wasn’t prepared to they can pay and go. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO BETTER. This is my last time coming here. FYI EVERYONE there’s anothe Haitian restaurant up the street called “Tap Tap La Restaurant ” which is much more cleaner, service is 10/10 AND FAST, and...

So I went in to order an oxtail, some fry fish and some bonbon siro because the sign on the building mentioned Bakery. We had already placed the oder, I told my husband to ask about the bonbon and if we could add it to our order. There was 2 ladies working in the front, one was very rude she told me They couldn't take an extra order of plantains because they were very busy which I understood. My husband asked the other lady if they had some bonbon siro she answered back "yes you would have to come to my house for it". I had to tell her that it was very unprofessional. I mean maybe she's selling something else other than food and is looking for new clients. She also had the audacity to ask me if I am getting jealous. I was shocked by this lady's action today. I will never stepfoot by that restaurant again whiles visiting family...

Service here sucks‼️ I called for an order and when I got there, there was a long line of people. I was able to speak to a lady & told her I called for an order and she seemed to acknowledge me but still went on taking the previous orders. After everyone got their order, I said I was waiting for my order and the lady said to me I wasn't waiting for food because I was talking and walked away from me. I felt very disrespected and started going off. I had never been to this establishment before and I will NEVER go back there. Then they had the nerve to tell me that what I ordered was finished after I waited half an hour in the store. There was no courtesy and/or customer service.
