McDonald's — Restaurant in Linden

If I can give the customer service here less than one star I would. I decided to write my review because this is the second time I've had a nasty experience with a young manager at this store. First time, I had just ordered an iced tea and he appeared to be training someone the register and as soon as I received my receipt he immediately told me "can you go over" which I was actually in the process of doing but it was RUDE!!! Second time was actually today when I ordered a burger and a fries in the drive thru and he apologized for the wait and handed me cookies, which I took with the impression of it being a complimentary item for the wait but when I finally recieved the bag it was not what I had ordered. He eventually told me come inside (which defeats the purpose of a drive thru) but I did anyway. When I got inside he took my receipt and asked me "So if the cookies weren't yours why did you take them" with a bit of an attitude, I told him bcause I assumed they were a item for waiting he then told me "Next time I should reread the order to them". THAT'S THEIR JOB TO KNOW WHAT I ORDERED. THERE ARE SCREENS FOR THAT. Long story short I will never go back to that location ever...

(If you curious about this place read this review) Honestly this place is the worst mcdonald’s ni town i came on here to make this review and i don’t even make reviews but the lil dusty manager she’s so unprofessional with her customers. with her attitude you’d think im forcing her to work for free. the staff is even worse and makes me think they must not train them at all. the entire staff has an attitude after 6pm and almost never gets my order right(mind you i only go here when i’m desperate and it’s the closest mcdonald’s near me) and every single time they have an issue whether it be their attitude or the very slow service and completely unprofessional. truthfully every single person in there act like they don’t need their job so they shouldn’t have it if that’s how they gonna act. the only good thing about this mcdonald’s is the bathroom door handle being clean, and i mean that with...

I didn't like what the staff did to me today! I'm a driver & I switched from Starbucks to McDonald's coffee 1yr ago. I've told all my friends that this is really good coffee. I drink this coffee twice a day. 1st cup in the morning & second cup around 3pm. It always gives me a caffeine boost. Today the staff were laughing when they made my cup today around 3pm & they were looking @ me. I didn't think anything of it until I left & drank the entire cup. It tasted different, they have me decaffeinated coffee with water. I went to a different McDonalds in Avenel, NJ got my coffee & it tasted delicious & gave me the boost U always feel. Management @ that Linden location needs to make sure when someone orders coffee they always get what they ordered. Or McDonald's will loose its coffee drinkers back to Starbucks!
