TLDR: Must pay for water cups (against BK policy, should be free) and rude employees.
It was an average experience until I finished and paid for my order. I asked the employee for a cup of water which she denied and said I had to pay for a cup. I then notice the sign they have up that says no free water cups and that everyone must pay for one. She then calls her boss over who tells me the same thing. I asked him doesn't it go against BK policies to deny anyone a cup of water (at least in NJ), let alone a paying customer? He then passive aggressively tells me that he is not going to argue and is adamant on not giving me a cup of water. After that I asked for a refund, along with his name and position and a business card. His name is Kumar and he claims to be the district manager. I couldn't confirm if any of that was true since he had no name tag on or business cards. After that I called and made the complaint to BK's hotline in which the agent confirmed that they shouldn't be denying customers water cups. Huh, go figure. At least making the complaint was easy and the lady was much kinder than Kumar. I will definitely not be...
Read moreStaying at the hotel nearby, walked over at 9:15 to order something from inside. Door hours of operation say open til 10 pm for both dining in and drive thru. Doors were locked already when I got there. Sat at the drive thru for several minutes asking for someone on the comms. Nobody answered me until a car drove up. When they greeted that customer, I asked them why they shut down the inside so early. Someone said they needed to clean the store so they shut down 10 minutes early in order to start the process. I looked at my phone and it was 9:24. I told the guy it wasn't even 9:30 yet. He said "It doesn't matter, we closed early and you need to be in a vehicle if you want to order something from us at this time". I understand not wanting to take a walk up at the drive thru, but the only reason I did was because they closed down early. Need to change your hours of operations if you aren't going to honor those time frames and you're going to "Close 10 mins early for cleaning" at 9. Thats not 10pm hours...
Read moreI was at this location for May/4/2022 at 6:00pm. I went to the drive through and order my food I was seating in the drive through for 30 minutes behind a car that was there a lot longer then me. And he never got his food the person inside never came to the window so he drove off.
Then It was my turn to drive up to the window. When I drive up to the window there was a block girl at the window she never open the window. so I just keep looking at her waiting for her to open the window and take my money and give me my food.
When she finally decided to look at me and saw that I was looking at her she ducked below so I can’t see her. I’m thinking she dropped something but 10 minutes go by and she never came back up.
I’m very hungry I have not eat all day. I was there waiting 40 minutes for my food already and never got it. So I drive off and went to Wendy’s down the street.
If I was able to rate this place zero stars I would why would you take my order just to have me seat at the window and never...
