Mueller's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Lindenwold

I'm not rating this on how good what they sale is because their good. I'm rating them on how they treated me and my son . My son goes and get me a waffle cone with vanilla ice . I notice they sold him the waffle cone with chocolate I don't eat chocolate. So I asked my son why did you buy me chocolate waffle cone . He said mom I didn't so I said son you did. So because they messed the order up I told him to ask them to make it over. Not knowing the whole time some man was giving my son a hard time . So after awhile he comes back to the car with the waffle cone . I notice it was mess like if he got mad and throw it in another bowl and put a plain waffle cone on top . So this time I went up there which I should of from the beginning. So I ask the lady in the window if she could make it over because it don't look nice . So she said Ms. Your son ordered a waffle cone in a bowl . I told her that was fine but it looks like someone just throw it in another bowl . So I was told the man that serviced him (my son ) was on the phone . I said ok I'll wait not knowing the whole time the man was calling the cops. So the man never came out . So as I'm standing there I notice not 1 not 2 but 3 police cars . Now I know I didn't do anything wrong . So I turned my head to mind my business and the lady opened the window to pass me a knew ice cream . So I thanked her and said that's all I wanted have a good night . So I notice she didn't say it back so I wasn't upset because people is people and as long as they made my ice cream over I was cool . I like to kill people with kindness . So I walked pass one officer and I get to my car I notice the cop has he's hand on his gun and looking at me. So I pointed to myself and closed my car door . The officer said that me and the ice cream man solved our problem but I never saw the ice cream . So I said yes because as you pulled up they gave me another ice cream . They asked me and my son our name date of birth and told us ok you can leave . I was so lost at why did he call they cops . My son said he was mad at me mom because I told them they made a mistake my mom don't eat chocolate can u fix and he said I'm done with you get off my property. So my son said why because you have to make it over . Me or my son didn't make a seen .So why call the cops . I can't believe all summer last year I spent my money at their place and that's how they treat us . I could of kept my $11.00 and bought ice cream from shoprite or something. I never felt that here in Jersey people are like him . I mean the cops was there in seconds. All because they messed up a our order . So I guess we will not visit that place again. I wasn't going...

The ice cream there is amazing. You get a very generous size portion for a reasonable price. They also have a very large selection of choices of flavors when it comes hard served ice cream as well as soft served. When it comes to soft serve, they have over 20 different choices to select from. The atmosphere is beautiful they have a pond there with turtles in it that you can feed as you either dine in or wait in line. It is something that adds to the atmosphere, and the kids love to feed the turtles. The owner is also on site most of the time, and he is extremely kind and welcoming to his guests. I love Muellers ice cream and I have been a customer there for over 20 years. If you have an opportunity this is a must go to place if you're ever in the town...

Was not happy with the service.. The child making the ice cream was very nice. The employee got our order wrong..she did not know what to do, so I asked to speak to the owner, he came out with a horribly attitude, the owner raised his voice at us and Got very loud. MY HUSBAND AND I DECIDED TO LEAVE THE LOUD MOUTH OWNER ALONE AN WALK AWAY....THEN THE OWNER SLAMED THE WINDOW SHUT VERY VIGOROUSLY.. Other patrons were there witnessed the owners nasty attitude and left shaking there heads...We will never go back there and neither will anyone we know.
