We saw the Açaí sign when driving down State Street and decided to stop in. What a fun little store with authentic Brazilian goods! The Owner, Angela was there and made us two of the best Açaí bowls we have ever had-honestly! They were huge and we picked the toppings off check list with no upgrade charge. The Açaí’ was not to icy and hard and did not turn watery half way through eating it. (Experiences we have had at some other Açaí bowl places). Instead it was smooth and just the right amount of tart and sweet. I had a large and it was large! The toppings were fresh and mixed throughout the bowl. This allowed me to have topping through the whole expieriance. When leaving the young man told us to come back for their grand opening on August 23rd. We found a seat and ordered up two bowls. They came out so fast and once again were delicious. Another young man, Adam was so kind and all of sudden started speaking Portuguese with the Brazilian customers. Then switched to English for us and managed the front counter like a pro. What a fun experience. We ate our bowls, walked around the outside and felt such a good vibe in the parking lot. We will be back again, when in the area and ready for another...
