The guy at the window cut us off while ordering. He seemed confused about the simple order. Once we got up to the window and paid, we were handed our ice cream and one of the modifications we had asked for (an extra pump of hot fudge) was very obviously missed. A simple mistake, so we asked politely before driving off if he could give us an extra pump or two of hot fudge. He said "No sorry we charge for that" AFTER I had already paid. I understand that it's extra for certain things, but if he hasn't cut off the order so abruptly maybe he would've heard the modifications we made. Not to mention that there were two workers outside cutting the grass TOGETHER. I believe they were managers, as I believe they've worked there longer than the other two inside the restaurant. STAY AWAY!
I usually write rave reviews, rarely comment on bad service. (Could just be a bad day) But this place has only been consistent in one thing, Melted blizzards that they CANT serve upside down.
So my latest experience, the one that led to this review.
I ordered my food, and i get to the window to be handed my ice cream first, then after 10 minutes asked to pull forward, after i pull forward i proceed to have to wait 10 more. Just for them to forget two ice cream cones. After i got home my sandwich was wrong, so i call up there (after 4 attempts) the man who answered was real short and rude with me (like it was MY fault...) this dairy queen is by FAR the WORST ive...

Worst service ever. Went thru drive thru 5 cars deep when I ordered a large swirl cone. Waiting in the drive thru is not a big deal, however when I pulled up to the window the young girl told me that they were out of the chocolate ice cream all day. That was a week ago. Today 9/5/23 went inside. Stood at the counter for a solid 4 minutes to be waited upon, the owner which was less than 10 feet away was cleaning a machine and saw me walk in finally came over to take my order. When he did I told him no thanks, I guess you don't want my business. Looking at the past reviews I guess corporate dairy Queen does not mind their franchisees costing...
