Hi, I am Katie McDonald!! I have come to this hotel in July of 2021! I Had a sign on my hotel room window! It was a heart! I NEVER thought I would find love! The Husband and Wife that owns this establishment!! Are wonderful people!! This is a place of solitude!! I found love here!! They should be very proud!! When I lost my faith on life this place in 2021 being me back to life!! I also was reunited with the man of my dreams!! Please stop lying about this astablishment!! When you woman and men that bring drugs into this Hotel and it is a place of love! You guys destroyed a great hotel that Done worked really hard on!! There is signs around here every where!! That this is a love shack!! Please please stop lying and destroying a place that I found love at!! Stop using resources so you can support your habits here!! When you ask them at the front desk the husband and wife!! They will tell you what is true!! Stop saying there is bed bugs and roaches here when the nasty drug user,s are the ones placing them here!! So they can make these hotel's look bad!! These couples that own them work very hard for what they have!! When people come in this property and do the things they do it tears's me up caus ethics again is where I found LOVE!! I am a woman with a great Husband and this town keeps tearing us apart!! We found love on this syancuary stop destroying it!! I WE LOVE IT HERE!! STOP PLEASE STOP LYING ABOUT THIS...

Reserved 2 queen beds, they put us in a room with 2 double beds, lighting fixture in bathroom was missing cover, the threshold for the door was in the middle of the floor, Wi-Fi was almost non existent, heater smelled horrible when turned on, walls had holes and was in major need of repair, baseboards were covered in paint or tearing from the walls, mirrors were dirty. When I mentioned something to the front desk, the girl had only been there 2 days and said that the owner would call me when they came in. The owner never called. Complained to another front desk person who had only been there a week with less than 2 hrs of training and she moved us to another room. When I went to check out, I mentioned that I had issues with several things and the foreign guy behind the desk seemed like he didn't care. When I checked in, I paid in cash. Received no receipt, didn't sign anything. When I went to check out and asked for a receipt, I was NOT in the computer. I imagine that they cashed out the room and took me out of the computer so they wouldn't have to report income for that room. Also there was no breakfast the 2 mornings we were there because the "breakfast" person was not there. I will never stay...

This place was horrible. I'm amazed it still has business. For starters, the lady at the dront desk told us to book online when we walked in. Couldn't find the right website she told us about. She told us in the beginning there was a room on the first floor, smoking. When she finally let us book a room through her, she put us on the second floor. We then went back to ask her where the room was even we couldn't find it, she had an attitude with us. We finally found the room, key didn't work. Got in the room, it smells. One bed looks freshly made, one looks slept in and the covers were just fixed. The carpet is disgusting. The bathroom had clean towels but the toilet was full of week old pee. One 1 shampoo. Mold in the bathroom. This place is just a disaster. I'm a property manager at a motel also do some house keeping and I know how things are supposed to look and how they are supposed to be, this is not it. The fridge and microwave are in the bathroom, but there is an extension cord plugging it all in run from one end of our room into the bathroom... Who does that?!? Just stay else where. Not even worth the $65 we spent...

I stayed in a room at this hotel. I was reading all the reviews while in the room. Some of the reviews were from a few weeks ago, and some from upwards to 5 years ago. The majority of the reviews and experiences people shared were all the same throughout. The management i guess is who responded to all the reviews and they pretty much all had the same response.... "We are sorry about this", or "we will address this"...... Most of the reviews were about how run down the place is. From what I can tell, even from the 5 year old reviews, is that nothing has changed. My room grimey, paint falling off the ceiling. Old furniture that was cut up and broke down... Lights were not great....... I could keep going, but I wont. Its just seems like bad business to say you're sorry and you're going to do something about the issues addressed, and then not doing those things.... True Story

Housekeeping tries, but you can only do so much with no resources. Just keep an upbeat attitude: I'm just going ahead and assuming that the item pictured was too old to give me anything when I was loosening a 'pen' stuck in the nightstand rail and got stuck... And while the washer n dryer may be gone (ok, not gone, but busted n sitting out on a walkway), you can still use the detergent vending machine and take it with you on the mile walk to the laundromat. Pro tip: a lil tea tree oil under the nostrils does a decent job of masking the stagnant sewage smell of the ice machine. Enjoy the complimentary morning coffee, if the owner isn't busy with business. What business, I can't fathom: how hard is it to act Jobian and complain about guests? Even *I* can make coffee while doing that. On the other hand, no bedbugs this time, so I guess that's a W.

Not an ideal location, but is central to shopping and food. Had to ring bell for service 4-5 times. Very abrupt but did get a room quickly. Could book online for that night on Expedia as it was after midnight, for $50, so had to pay the $60+tax rate. No coffee in room and was told at 630am food and coffee not available for breakfast until after 7am ONLY. Room was outdated, a lot of mess, broken furniture and many patches on walls. THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR SMALL CHILDREN. the AC and plug, very odd use of connection, is hazardous to small children next to floor. Random hair everywhere on walls and floors in bathroom. AC worked, but wouldn't stay on consistent or stay cool. Woke up soaked in sweat after 3 hours of sleep. I would stay again, as a man alone no kids or spouse included. But would never take family/kids to this hotel.
