This was our first time visiting Lititz. We made a day trip, and by noon we needed to grab a bite to eat and use a restroom. Since we cook ourselves, we usually avoid eating out because we can spend less and still make fresh, flavorful food that outshines most restaurant fare. That being said, we were quite hungry. So, we started looking for something nearby that would be authentic, affordable, and unique. We compared local restaurant reviews and menus. After much deliberation, we decided on Piccolo Eatery. We later agreed this was an excellent choice! The eatery is fronted by a cute little store stocked with imported Italian ingredients. The owners are very friendly and treated us like longtime customers even though it was our first visit. We ordered one Muffuletta sandwich and one Calabrese sandwich. As we watched him prepare our meal, we observed the chef is quite knowledgeable and skilled. We ate at one of the sidewalk tables outside the store window. We noted both sandwiches were artfully assembled, and the ingredients tasted authentic and fresh. The portions were generous and satisfied our hunger. Passers-by stopped to comment on how authentically Italian our food appeared. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and memorable. We would...

If I could give Piccolo Eatery an infinity of stars, I would! Hands down the best Margherita Flat Bread Pizza I have ever had! I know it’s rude to talk with your mouth full, but we couldn’t help it! My mother & I could not stop w/the compliments. FRESH! FRESH! FRESH! ingredients! The basil was just plucked right from the garden, wasn’t it?! The atmosphere was so perfectly quaint & clean. Most importantly, the best Piccolo “famiglia” ever! Which makes the experience an unforgettable one. Pizza is my absolute favorite.. I’ve have thousands of bites & that’s it. Bites.. blah. From literally, everywhere! But this perfectly constructed 9” flatbread round piece of heaven… I devoured! & I’m not embarrassed to say, “I snatched some of my mother’s.” We also had the house salad.. the colors were exceptional! Vibrant! Arugula, peppers, onion, olives, fresh parm., DELICIOUS! Thank you, Chef! Cheers to all of you & making us feel part of your famiglia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I could kick myself for not taking a picture of our food! But I was...

First time here. Stopped in by “accident” as the eatery I planned to visit was too chaotic. Welcoming vibe. Stood-to place my order-for just a bit as the small staff was making food for those who were already seated. I was acknowledged (appreciated that) and I stood for just a little longer as these super friendly folk were conversing with their regulars. I decided that boded well for how things might taste - I was right! Delicious sandwich, flavorful soup - bread so good that you’ll want to eat it slowly ;). My only suggestion is that there was a long table of folk set up quite close to the sideboard where the utensils and napkins were housed. I felt I had to disturb them to get what I needed. Thank you for the experience. ...

Date night done right. Every course of the 5 courses was delicious. Piccolo is a small but mighty flavorful Italian, specifically Sicilian restaurant in the central PA region. Chef Nico & Sara were wonderful hosts and Jenny was a joy. We will be back again. I may have to write a detailed review later. Currently in a happy place due to the food coma they sent me in. I walked out of there with my belly almost bursting and a smile plastered on my face. Thank you, this was a wonderful experience.

Stopped in during a day out in town. We got a single serve pizza and two sandwiches. The bread makes a sandwich and let me say that the bread was some of the best I have ever had. Soft, warm, and stayed soft without being chewy. Staff was incredibly friendly. Clean, bright, and plenty of indoor seating.
