Purple Robin Reserve — Local services in Lititz

I do not write many reviews - but I had such an uncommonly pleasant experience with the Purple Robin owner/staff that I had to write and recommend this business to others. I had purchased a gift for my father for Father's Day - a puzzle - unfortunately, when he started to put the puzzle together, he realized that the puzzle that was in the box was not the puzzle that was noted on the front of the box. I called the store and explained the situation. They staff member who took my call apologized profusely and provided me with the owner's contact information. Once contacted, the owner also apologized profusely and was eager to right the wrong - even going above and beyond and graciously offering to monetarily compensate me for the inconvenience. I have not had excellent customer service like this in a long time. It was quite refreshing. Thank you Purple Robin Reserve!!! I highly recommend...

Purple Robin Reserve is a fantastic gallery located in the great town of Lititz. It showcases an incredible display of more than 130 artisans from the local area and region. The shop carries many different types of artwork and handcrafted items, making it a perfect go-to shop for that perfect something special either for your home or as a gift. I enjoy shopping the Purple Robin and exploring the many different types of creativity that the shop carries. The gallery is a delight to the eyes! It has been remarkable to see it grow from its opening day to the current selection of artisans. A terrific place to visit...

I am happy to have such a nice shop in Lititz, PA that supports local artisans.
