We were excited when this Arby's opened close to us because my daughter loves Arby's chocolate shakes. We went there when they first opened and they told us their shake machine was not working. We've been at least 6-7 times since and then and the shake machine has been broken every time. I just took my daughter through the drive through on Monday around 10:45-11am to get lunch after an ortho appt. No one in line in front of us and it was so slow. She handed out our fruit punch and squeezed it. The lid popped off and spilled all over me in my car. She said nothing and I asked for napkins and she ignored me and then I had to ask louder for napkins to wipe it up. She then gave me my food and then my credit card. On Sunday I got a fraud alert on my credit card for an online charge. Credit Card company went over all my charges in the last month which wasn't very many since I don't use that card very often. It is only used for recurring monthly charges. The only place that my credit card was out of my hands was at Arby's. I called to inform the manager that she may have an employee writing down card numbers and using them but she got very defensive and asked me to prove it. I can't prove it but just wanted her to be aware. I WILL NOT ever go back to that Arby's in Little Elm...
Read moreAnother Update: Arby’s of Little Elm Strikes Again!!! After advertising A Christmas Eve closing time of 8 PM, I arrive at 5:45 PM to find all of the lights off and no one in site. I had called to confirm their closing time so that I would make sure to get there without inconveniencing the staff. Thank you Arby’s of Little Elm! Your customer service is literally the worst thing in our city.
Edit: I’m not sure what could have possibly happened but I’m here at Arby’s after having a few fair/good experiences...and it’s back to its old ways. The evening manager closes the lobby and drive-through down before 9 o’clock most nights, claiming that they are out of ingredients and or that their credit card machines do not work. They just closed off the drive-thru and it’s 8:35pm. I had to return after getting home with my food and five of our six sliders were not edible due to the buns being so hard that it would’ve broken our teeth had any of us tried to bite down. unfortunately, looks like they are up to their old ways.
OP: New management? New staff? I don’t know...but the Arby’s at 423 and Little Elm Pkwy has stepped up their game. In the past, it’s been hit and miss but we got some food to-go this week and were...
Read moreThis place is consistently trash..messed up orders...slow to help you. It’s almost a running joke. My wife and her sister never get anything but lowest service if they even get service at all. Been here a few times when they couldn’t even do business with you for some reason. Literally the most expensive fast food place in town and the absolute worst service ever. Whoever the manager is over the last 6 months needs to go. I blame the poor leadership. Not that hard to run a Arby’s. Won’t make the mistake again.
Read all the other recent reviews...what place tells you they can’t serve you and need a break! I mean Jesus it’s insane.
If you want to see why it’s so bad read the arbys replies. “Please contact us here to complain” is their reply. Seriously? I already told you the place is bad and why you think we’re going to each send the review to your other place so your business can get better? Try working on it yourself and read the reviews and share them with your people on your own. I’m not doing it for you that’s what this review is for. I can’t wait to see this location close and I hope the poor leadership the owner shows cost him a fortune. Bleeding money...
