Perhaps one of my lowest ratings ever given. I gave the extra star only for the polite greetings when I first entered, other than that it was a complete mess. 3 people working and it seemed they were only working one drink at a time. When I finally got my drink it was watered down with too much ice (if you know, you know). A very familiar sound from other experiences. I took a sip and quickly asked if this was my order because it seemed to be missing the peanut butter I requested and paid for. Everyone asked each other if they put in peanut butter and no one knew. This place is alright. Normally, the smoothie I get tastes different every time, so I'll assume they don't follow measurements if that's how it works. The last time I came, I was short 36 cents. However, the employee gave the person in front of me an entire free drink because he didn't bring his money. However, when It came to my 36 cents, I ended up having to go outside to get it. Product is always great. Leaving a 2 star due to management. The white man with the brown hair and beard they have managing this place - should not be. This is the third time I’ve come to get a small order - and heard him in the back cussing and berating the workers. You can tell this is a miserable place to work and the energy of the room is not pleasant. He keeps his AirPods in- acts like he’s bothered to come up front .
