Dunkin' — Restaurant in Little Falls

So rude got kicked out because I told them to fix my coffee that THEY MADE WRONG. The coffee tasted like water, and they didn’t even add my three pumps of butter pecan and extra shot of espresso. They didn’t even give me the sticker that comes with EVERY Dunkin drink. I will never come back to this Dunkin. They even accused me of not paying and told me that I had to pay again, even though he was CLEARLY looking at me when I was paying. His eyes were red he must be high and that’s why he didn’t remember me paying. The donut was dry and looks so nasty. This please used to be so good until they introduced new workers, and now it’s on a downfall. I know what it’s like dealing with rude costumers because I work in retail myself, but I was nothing but kind and respectful. Worst...

Beware: Do not patronize this privately owned Dunkin. They have the worst customer service and they price gouge. You can stand at the front for almost 5 minutes sometimes to be greeted as well as order 1 coffee and stand there while they fill online orders for almost 5-10 minutes. They also have their station behind the wall and when I went around the corner to see where my food was they were doing nothing and it was dirty. Shame on businesses like this but I would avoid. Hoo boy, this place. I only went here because the one I prefer in the middle of town seems to always have construction by it so I didn't want to chance it. First, language barrier is not normally a problem. But when it's so severe that you can barely communicate your order, it's a little different. Bill comes to over $9.00 for a couple of items. Ask to see the receipt and they charged me for an item twice. When I mentioned it, the response is "she already charged you, can't you just take the extra one?"
