I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience here was so shockingly bad that I feel like people deserve to know before they waste their time and money.

First off, the coffee was absolutely atrocious. Bitter, watered down, and somehow both burnt and sour at the same time. I couldn’t even finish half of my cup before tossing it out. For a place that calls itself a coffee shop, this was embarrassing.

But what really ruined the visit was the customer service. The staff looked completely drained and overworked, which probably explains why they moved at a snail’s pace and seemed uninterested in helping anyone. To make matters worse, I actually saw the manager talking down to employees in front of customers — raising their voice and belittling them instead of offering guidance. It was incredibly unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable to witness.

You can tell the team here is stretched way too thin. The employees looked exhausted, like they were just trying to survive their shifts rather than give any real service. That kind of environment always trickles down to the customer experience, and it shows.

This was hands down one of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had. There are so many other spots nearby where you can get coffee that actually tastes good and staff who don’t look like they’re being worked to the bone. Save yourself the disappointment and go literally...

I placed an online order and waited 20min before picking up. When I walked in, there were no customers in the building and my coffee wasn’t ready. I’m a very understanding person but I found it extremely odd that my coffee wasn’t ready when I counted 5 staff members on shift but only one staff member working. Assuming at least one of them was a manager. What made it worse and what I find extremely unprofessional is the fact that there was no explanation given to me nor was there any accountability or apology whatsoever.

As someone who is a general manager and someone who works in hospitality, it’s very disappointing to experience this type of service. I was very hesitant to leave this review because the product...

Happy to have another coffee place in the area! I appreciated that they made my matcha latte with a bamboo whisk so it didn’t clump. The atmosphere is beautiful and I love that they offer homemade oat and pistachio milks.

I felt bad for the one barista who was dealing with a long line of customers on Monday afternoon but she handled it with grace and professionalism.

The place is a bit pricy (small cannoli latte w pistachio milk was $10+) but I guess that’s what specialty coffee costs nowadays? I wish their entire menu with prices was visible somewhere in the store so I know what to expect before ordering.

Absolutely obsessed with this new coffee shop! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and stylish—perfect for getting some work done or catching up with friends. The coffee is top-tier—smooth, rich, and clearly made with care. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! We got the iced chai latte, iced oat milk latte with maple syrup and the nitro cold brew! They’ve also got a great selection of pastries and love that they have mountain valley spring water plus the space is clean and thoughtfully designed. You can tell a lot of heart went into this place. Definitely my new go-to. Highly recommend!

As soon as I learned Forum had ceremonial grade matcha I knew I had to come try. The store itself was bright and inviting. There was plenty of mixed seating with tables, couches, and counter top areas. I ordered a traditional matcha latte with almond milk (no sugar). It was delicious! The matcha was sooo smooth. Most definitely the best matcha in the area. It was pricey but worth the quality. One thing to note is the line can get pretty long - I waited almost 15min to order so if you’re in a rush, utilize the online ordering. Overall it was everything I was hoping for and more.
