I have been a long-time fan of Premier Events by Reema, as I have been following them on Instagram for some time. For years, I would save their posts of beautiful, intricate floral designs in a folder on Instagram, dreaming of the floral arrangements that I would use in my future wedding. I knew even before I was engaged that Premier Events by Reema must be one of my wedding vendors.

After my engagement, I immediately contacted Premier Events by Reema to schedule a consultation. On the day of my initial consultation, I was so excited and truly felt like my dreams were coming true, and I must say, Premier Events by Reema did not disappoint. During my initial consultation meeting, I sat down with Jose and Reema. I showed them all of the posts that I had saved from their Instagram page as inspiration for my wedding, and Jose and Reema not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Their years of experience in the industry contributed to their expansive wealth of knowledge, which not only helped calm and ease my concerns, but made the wedding process much easier. Reema and Jose made suggestions that revolutionized the floral design of my wedding and made my vision come to life. Throughout the planning process, I was in constant contact with Reema and Jose who were responsive, friendly, and affable. I bombarded them with questions, concerns, and worries, and each time, they responded confidently by easing all of my anxieties. They are truly the dream team, and there is NO BETTER DUO in this industry than the two of them. I can wholeheartedly say that Reema and Jose care about their clients as if they are family. They do everything in their power to make sure that you feel comfortable and welcomed the second you walk into their office. From constantly offering snacks to providing us with advice on how to plan the wedding of our dreams, Reema and Jose became two guiding lights, throughout the stressful wedding planning process.

In the weeks leading up to my wedding, I had several meetings with them to perfect and finalize my vision. We met consistently to ensure the sweetheart table design, as well as the floral arrangements and cake design were perfect. To be honest, I provided Jose with an image of our wedding cake design, and he immediately informed me that he already had created a vision in his head for how to elegantly place the flowers to accentuate the beautiful design of our wedding cake. He even did the same with my bridal bouquet! Approximately, two weeks before the wedding, Jose and Reema had my husband and I in for our second to last meeting where we actually were able to see the floral arrangements in person. I was ecstatic that Premier Events by Reema arranged this because I was finally able to see my wedding vision come to life and make any minor tweaks before the big day. Reema and Jose are so diligent that they individually meet with each bride weeks prior to the wedding to show them a sample of their floral arrangements. Finally, a week before the wedding, I had my final meeting with Premier Events by Reema to finalize all details.

The day before my big event, I was in constant contact with them, as production on my wedding flowers were in full swing. On the day of the wedding, I was absolutely blown away. I almost cried when I walked into the ballroom. Jose and Reema had to remind me not to cry! I was so grateful to walk into the ballroom and see the dynamic duo there. I truly mean it when I say that Jose and Reema view their clients as family. Walking into the ballroom and seeing the two of them putting the final touches added to an already amazing day. The arrangements, the sweetheart table, the bouquets, and the cake design EXCEEDED my expectations and dreams. My guests would not stop complimenting us on our floral design. It made my night! I can truly say one of the best things that I ever did was book Premier Events by Reema. I wish I could relieve this experience with them all over again. We first encountered Premier Events by Reema at a wedding convention in early 2020. Reema and her team did an impeccable job with staging their designs making us immediate fans. We later met Jose at one of our first exploration meetings…we loved him. His ability to understand our individual tastes, his friendliness, and personality were a joy to encounter. Reema, although running a successful business, always was available to assist and despite her many clients, always remembered our faces. Jose and Premier Events by Reema are 10s across the boards! Even with a postponed wedding, Jose and I never missed a beat, each check-in feeling like old friends catching up. On my wedding day, he made time to check in and provide updates to my coordinator. Not once did I stress or worry about my vision (I didn’t take a single peep) not being executed properly. I can only imagine my guests gasped just as loudly as we did when first seeing the ballroom. Although rain prevented us from having our outdoor ceremony, the staging & designs translated exceptionally well indoors. From the centerpieces to the sweetheart table presentation, to the candles on the piano to memorialize lost loved ones, every single detail was flawless. Reema, Jose, and team executed a wedding I couldn’t imagine ever having. A guest was quoted saying, “If my wedding doesn’t look like THIS, I don’t want it.” For years to come, my family & friends will discuss how breathtaking our venue looked.
