Burlington — Local services in Wayne

I am extremely displeased with the service provided to my fiancé and I at this store. I purchased several merchandises along with two pair of jeans yesterday, October 22nd, that were not the correct size. Today, when I returned back to the store, to exchange the jeans for a different size, the staff at the location treated me unfairly and unruly. After checking my store receipt it was found that they did not charge me for the jeans yesterday which i feel like they should hire better people that pay attention to what there doing instead of looking around and talking. Also when i was leaving i heard the manager say to someone that stopped by to say say that he missed all the action that there were 2 people stealing merchandise also the cashier repeatedly asked me, “why are you here for?, those items aren’t on the receive like it was my fault that the guy didn’t charge them. This review serves as a reminder to please check your store receipt(s) prior to leaving the store because employees apparently forget to charge you correctly. Due to my mistake of leaving the store without checking the receipt and not “being charged” the jeans, today I pay the consequences of being embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers. As a former loyal customer, I will not be returning to this store I’m not gonna be humiliated ever again cause I don’t have the need to steal when my fiancé is a truck driver and in my family there mostly all officers I would never embarrassed my family my stealing or doing bad things plus I have a little one who watches everything i do I wouldn’t be dumb to do things like that and have him watching!! SO PLEASE GUYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE CASHIER SO YOU WON’T BE HUMILIATED AND...

This Burlington was clean, and the clothing/shoe racks were organized by size very well. I don't remember the changing rooms being cluttered with unwanted clothes either. However, in comparison to the Pine Brook store, the selection wasn't as wide (but still sizeable--you'll find something you like).

I shopped on a Saturday afternoon, so it was fairly busy, but I didn't wait to use the changing room and the checkout line moved quickly. At the checkout, there's even a television that broadcasts which numbered checkout was ready to serve you. It's accompanied by an electronic voice that states the same thing.

Like any Burlington, there are quality clothes at great prices. I prefer the one in Pine Brook, but this one has its perks being so close to the Willowbrook Mall. That is, it's easy to squeeze into any...

11/20/22 update: went back to the store to try to find something and the store has gotten worse!!! See pics attached. I know where I won’t be shopping for Christmas!

This Burlington is the most disorganized and messy one I have EVER been inside of. The products are on the floor everywhere, especially in the picture section. All of the shelves, every section, are disorganized. The shoes section barely has anything good. Products open or broken everywhere. Don’t even get me started on the check out line section, it’s a MESS!!! Extremely a Mess! I would have given this store a ZERO BUT the only thing this Burlington has going for it is the staff. They are nice and work hard from what I see because the lines were so long and they just took one person after another...
