Jackie's Grillette Little Falls — Restaurant in Little Falls

I went here yesterday after a long trip craving a Roast Beef Sandwich. I don't care for Chain Restaurant Sandwiches & wanted a fresh made real beef. I called and spoke with John who answered my question regarding their cut. Never being here I was impressed with how clean it was and the well packed crew of 4 or 5 working. Bags were flying out the door with Door Dash, Grub Hub, Uber Eats or all. Everyone wore a mask and glove, no cross contamination, spotless. John took my order, my money and made my Sandwich. Very much helpful, polite & professional. Excellent display of food for different cultures. Prices are with the market, beef was thin, flavored great, easily chewed. Hero Bread had great flavor complimented the rest. I also got a few stuffed grape leaves since the display caught my eye. Plenty of foot traffic coming & going as well. I would give this place 10 🌟 if I was able. Clean, friendly, respectful, tentative, fast, fresh, good, great atmosphere. I'm glad I came here, I will be back for sure &will definitely explore more on the menu. I also did notice they have smoothies for fruit and veggies. That worker was non stop. If I could give 0 stars I would! Very friendly staff but extremely unsanitary! Went in today for lunch placed order with very friendly girl. While waiting for our food very busy and witnessed workers preparing food and not changing gloves. Everything was dirty and all over the place nothing was sanitary. Roast beef was on the slicer and it was bloody. Then continued to take off roast beef and place ham on slicer without cleaning it in anyway. Sandwich station was atrocious very unsanitary using hands and grabbing everything without changing gloves. I counted the worker touched 13 things without changing her gloves once. Her gloves were dripping from fresh mozzarella then continued to put her hands in other things and touched multiple sandwiches and wraps without changing her gloves. She even continued to adjust her face mask take it off and proceeded to go back to touching items. Wanted to take a picture but did not want to be obvious or rude. Will never be going back again. Just want to warn people before they go and spend their hard earned money. Wish I would have known how they run and maintain their business before spending over 35$ on three...

I've been a regular at Jackie's Grilette in Little Falls for the past few months, and I can't say enough good things about this place! The food is consistently fresh and delicious, with a variety of options that never disappoint. Every bite is a testament to their commitment to quality. What really sets Jackie's apart, though, is the incredible team that works there. They are genuinely friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. Just today, I made a last-minute mistake and accidentally placed my order for the Montclair location instead of Little Falls. Even though it was closing time, the staff at Little Falls graciously honored my order and made it for me! Their kindness and willingness to help truly made my day.
