Pizza & Sandwich Express — Restaurant in Little Falls

I have been ordering from here for 5 yrs and usually I get great service. But today I was turned off from this restaurant due to there lack of professionalism. There employees are completely unprofessional and don't know how to speak on the phone properly with there customers. The guy I spoke with on the phone was rude and completely disrespectful. I called to order what I have order for the last 5 yrs always the same thing and I asked for a topping and he said it would be $5 extra I said wait a minute I have been ordering for 5 yrs and it's always been $3 extra he tells me well that some other pie is $14.95 so this one would be the same price cause that is what he thinks? Instead of saying hold on let me ask the manager or something he just says look man do you want it or not I'm working and I'm busy? I'm like wow really let me speak to a manager and he just hangs up the phone on me ? I call back and they don't even pick up. I have ordered from here all these years and always get the same thing if price went up that's fine but don't tell me it's what you think ? If I'm going to pay extra I want to know exactly why. This place needs some new employees. Great food but service is very lacking now. I will never order...

I've been ordering from this place for years and the food has generally been good and some of the dishes are great.

Lately, the delivery guy started going to the wrong town (not his fault, the girl that answered the phone wrote it down wrong) and my food arriving very late and cold.

This happened again the other day but on top of that they also forgot to send the most expensive meal of the order, $15 worth! I called to complain and get replacement food sent or a refund and spoke to a guy who claimed to be the manager named William. I say claimed because he was very unprofessional.

While I'm trying to talk to him, he kept starting to yell at the driver. I kept telling him, I don't care what happened with the delivery I just want to know about my food or refund. He kept ignoring me and yelling at the driver with me still on the phone. I finally shouted into the phone and got his attention and he told me I would get a refund and I should never call there again.

My refund was never processed, I was charged the full amount. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company will take his advice and never call there again.

Okay, It’s hard to describe this restaurant in one word to be honest. I read previous reviews and have noticed little things like “the chicken is over cooked” or whatever. I got the chicken artichoke panini recently and the chicken wasn’t that bad. To be honest the flavors and ingredients out weight they fact that the chicken wasn’t “super” juicy. If you’ve eaten here it’s just not that sort of place, but it is absolutely delicious. I’ve tried one of their wraps which was amazing, and my boyfriend had a cold sub and their lobster rav. He was impressed when i told him the price because he loved the rav so much. I love their french fries they’re super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only app i’ve tried was the garlic bread with bruschetta and mozzarella... I eat a lot mind you and this was a app sized for a family of 4 or 5..between 2 people there’s was a lot left over i felt bad for wasting but not something i would reheat.
