Diamond Floral — Local services in Little Falls

I came in earlier today to get flower arrangements for my wife, daughter and son. I was charged $522, which is definitely overpriced. Luis put everything in a large box for me, when I arrived home, there were 2 items missing, which were for my kids. I called the shop and informed them that I was missing 2 items and to please take a look as he might have forgotten to put it in the box. In returned, Luis aggressively responded to me that he put everything in the box and that he doesn’t know where I stopped and possibly dropped them. I was still calm and told him that I came straight home, and couldn’t have dropped it anywhere. Luis continued to yell over the phone as if he was a lunatic. He rudely told me to come to the shop tomorrow and look at the cameras together. Not sure what is wrong with this guys. I told him I would write a review and hung up. Not sure how a man with this type of attitude is in business. I will not be spending another penny...

I love this flower shop! I’ve been meaning to post this for a while because everything these they do is simply amazing and of high quality and they deserve the recognition. The store itself is so well designed and feels so comfortable to be in. I also love the designs on the window display. It really brightens up that street.

There is a large selection of plants and flowers and Luis, the owner, works well with special requests depending on the season. The prices are very generous and comparable to the market. Not to mention the flowers last so long and are larger than what you get in any supermarket.

The staff is super friendly and produce really nice arrangements. They also helped me repot my plant and gave me pointers on how to maintain it better. This is officially my local...

From the moment you walk into the shop, you know you are someplace special. I came in for the first time to order flowers for my mother’s memorial service. Luis, the owner/designer could not have been more compassionate or committed to understanding my wishes. He was knowledgeable and helpful in working with me to express what I envisioned and bent over backwards to work within my budget. His finished work was unbelievably beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. Everyone commented on the beauty freshness and colors in his work. The flowers are still alive over a week later, and provided a sendoff that truly honored my mother. I could not recommend Luis and his business any higher…I would add more stars if I could....
