Mr Bruno's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Little Ferry

Kind & courteous but I wouldn’t order from here again. They had the name of someone else on my receipt I signed for delivery... they never asked my name to begin with. The portion for the lunch special seems child size, my lunch special hero came without fries when the receipt ON the order clearly states FRIES with order... my side salad was a handful of tomatoes and onions... I am currently waiting on the fries to be delivered, HOPING I actually receive them. My first and last time ordering with this pizza shop. I really hope the food is delicious. On the plus side, I received 3 meatballs with my lunch pasta order, which is a great difference from other pizza shops that only provide 2 meatballs.

UPDATE: I received my fries shortly after calling (yay) I brought up the rating from 2 to 3 stars! The quality of food is great! It is delicious and fresh! Again my only complaint is the portions offered. No way anyone could be content or full off of the pasta portion but the sandwich is great and the fries are tasty!

Response to owner: Hi there, I did not complain once about the pricing, so I am not sure why you felt the need to mention that or where you read that in my review, not once was the price of it brought up.. the PORTION... the AMOUNT OF FOOD provided, was not adequate. Many restaurants provide a lunch special, you are not the first and only, of which I am able to compare lunch portions too... and yours falls short in comparison. The amount you gave couldnt fill a child and when shown to others around me, nobody was able to justify your portion amount for your salad or pasta. As simple as that. It’s not hard to provide more food for a lunch special, nobody is asking for regular priced portion amounts. Thank you for taking the time to...

My family and I have ordered from here so many times but sadly I will NOT being ordering from here again. I specifically asked for them to not add cheese to my friend's order (she's allergic). As soon as she got her wrap we noticed that it had blue cheese. I called to see if they could replace her wrap and they claimed that their was no cheese but rather heavy cream (which was not true because I tried it. It was blue cheese). So the manager claimed the only thing he could do is make her a new wrap but she would have to give him back the one that they put blue cheese on (which he denied). Really? Who says that? Give us back the wrap after you opened it up so he could spit in her new wrap? F* that! She just told him to forget it and hung up. She ate her salad and threw out the wrap. They're so lucky she didn't actually eat it because if she would have gotten an allergic reaction we would have sued the s** out of them! So disgustingly...

Wish I could give zero stars but not an option. Worst service I have ever received. Placed an order for delivery, specified order minimum 5 times to girl whom answered phone. Waited about an hour only for not only my order to be wrong but also it have SEVERAL curly hairs in it. Called back immediately and was told they’d resend it. Waited another 45 mins only to not receive it. Called back and was told the driver was on the way to me (store is only about a 45 second drive) waited ANOTHER 30 mins, nothing. Called back and asked why I was lied too and demanded my money back. Manager at the time told me my order would be there in 2 mins AND he would refund my money. Order finally came and they refused to give me my money back and the new order was ice cold. Absolutely shocked that this place is still in business. Had to physically go there to get my money back and argue with the person who basically told me I was a liar. Absolutely...
