Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Little Rock Township

2 stars because my son enjoyed his pizza. I ordered through the app, and we sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes after the estimated 'ready time' waiting for it to show that the order was ready. Finally went in to wait and the girl at the counter handed me our order that had clearly been sitting there for a while.

I tool my first bite of sandwich and it tasted strangely like just biting into a roll, which it basically was. When something this weird happens, I immediately try to figure out what could have taken place, and her's what I deduced: A. The person who made this sandwich was incredibly high, B. It was their first day on the job and they were told to only use one of each vegetable, C. It was their last day on the job and they were just completely checked out, or D. The whole sandwich fell on the ground, the rest of the veggies went under a counter, so they left whatever was stuck to the sandwich and served it up.

Anyway. Truly a disgusting...

It has been awhile since I have ordered from Dominoes. I just thought today, to give it try here in Plano, IL 60545. I was floored by the menu offered! So many yummy options and different items available now. My online order experience was seemless - no issues and very easy. I drove up to window and was greeted before my car window rolled down -- fast, ready and waiting and I was a few min early. I figured Id have to wait - but, my order was just packaged up and handed to me in under 1 min from when I pulled up. The food was delicious and had tons of flavors. What a great experience! I absolutely love the different breads offered and the dipping sauces are great too! I had the pasta and all ingredients were very fresh with lots of flavor. I cant say enough about my experience and will highly recommend the Plano Dominoes to all my friends, co-workers and family. Thank you Dominoe employees for a wonderful lunch!!!...

My boyfriend and I were too lazy to cook so we decided to order pizza, jalapeño cheese bread and 4 garlic sauces (we’re obsessed). When our order was delivered, we noticed that our garlic sauce was missing which is a huge reason as to why we wanted dominoes in the first place. While we were originally disappointed seeing that part of our order was missing, we called the store and explained what happened. They were incredibly busy and still went above and beyond. The driver came back within 15 minutes to drop off the rest of our order including extra garlic sauce and two coupons. They went above and beyond for us, we’re very apologetic and incredibly nice! We understand that mistakes happen but we’re so appreciative that they were as kind and willing to make up for the small mistake.
