PLEASE READ meanest staff i’ve ever dealt with, everyone has an attitude
i come to this dunkin often as i’m commonly in plano, but this will be my last for sure. i went through the drive thru today (2/4/23) at around 2:15 pm and simply ordered a medium and a large brownie batter iced coffee with cream and LIQUID sugar. i don’t know the names of the two snappy girls were that i dealt with but we’ll call them girl A and girl B, one was a taller darker skinned presumably hispanic and the other caucasian. girl A at the speaker gave me alot of attitude just for me requesting liquid sugar, saying it comes in every drink (this has happened on multiple visits to this location) so i promptly just told her to make sure it was liquid sugar because i’ve gotten a solid quarter inch layer of regular sugar from here when i’ve asked for liquid. at the window girl A decides to lecture me again about how every beverage has liquid sugar and i decide to take the high road and just say okay, me the customer! see the issue here? girl B is laughing behind girl A’s shoulder as she shoves my drinks and debit card back at me and quite literally SLAMS the window in my face with very a clearly angry expression. i drive away and take my first sip of my attitude coffee and what do i know, THEY DIDNT PUT SUGAR IN AFTER ALL THAT. i’m not usually one to go back and complain but this time i did and am i l glad i did. i park in front of the store and walk inside with the beverages in my hand as i would like them to actually have sugar. the second, and i mean the second i walk in Girl B yells at me “WHAT HAPPENED??” with a snarky smirk. she knew she didn’t put sugar in my drink. your employees are purposely getting my order wrong and treating customers like garbage! i hope some higher up catches wind of this and it doesn’t just go over peoples heads because something has to be done here. these two do not belong anywhere near customer service because they suck...
Read moreJust had the worst experience at this store. I wasn't going to leave a review but the manager earned it. I waited in the 15 minute drive thru line and when I received my order it was incorrect. I drove around and went inside and told the nice girl that my order was wrong. She asked what it was and she told the cook. After 10 minutes of waiting inside I asked the girl where my food was and she went over to the cook and I heard him yelling at her that he had a backlog of orders. 5 minutes later the manager comes over and tells me I should have went back through the drive through. When he said that, I asked for a refund and he ignored me and asked what food item was wrong. I have been standing there for seemingly forever and had been asked at least 7 times what kind of sandwich I ordered. Finally the manager brings out my food and then tells me I should have done an online walk in order. Read moreWe have tried to use this location over the last number of years and the service is poor a majority of the time. I went today through the drive-thru and first the order was wrong, they forgot my child's entire order (sandwich and drink), and second the iced coffee looked very creamy after asking for light cream (this is a problem nearly every time I go). When she brought out the corrected order, she aggressively hands the drink to me with an attitude. As I said, this service is far too often lacking and the attitude of the employees is bad, if they engage at all. I get it, it's a customer service job, I did it too when I was younger, but man shape up and do the job correctly, otherwise go mow lawns or some other gig. I was always taught to do the job well, no matter what it is, I don't care if you are cleaning toilets (have done that). This is likely the last time my family goes to this location.
