7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Little Rock

I’m giving this location a 5 stars, solely because of MARY!!! Extremely sweet!!! Welcoming and just the most amazing customer service!!

Can’t say the same for Jade. Jade has taken my order 3 times now, and 3rd time wasn’t the charm.. I try for a smile each time, I hope for a “Hey how are you?” .. instead each time, I’m just asked for my number, and given my drinks without a “Thank you” or “Goodbye” .. Jade, I still thank you each time you bring us our order, and I tell you to have a good day. I’m not sure if it’s personal, or you need some encouragement, but please don’t make my trip out to get a treat after a long day, end up so miserable because of your service.

Today I was the only car there, you gave me two glances, before you went inside and played with a wet towel, before your co worker had you come out to take my order. I still greeted you after the wait, and you still demanded just my phone number. 🤦🏼‍♀️ girl. You have the opportunity to make somebody’s day & all JUST by showing a little kindness and greeting!

I ordered 3 drinks with little ice and extra coffee. I am a customer who buys here every day. The person who helped you was very, very rude. She filled my glasses with ice. When she brought me the drinks, I told her I asked for little ice, she took the coffee and the other person only removed the ice and did not put any more drinks in the glasses. She gave me the glasses with 25% less drink. I told her I don't want the drinks. I want my money back. She left me waiting for a long time. Then she told me that she did not need my card to return my money. This happened Friday night from 7:55 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. Those 2 people should not work at this place. They are going to make the customers...

I love 7 Brew! The 7 Energy's are always AMAZING, and the staff are normally very pleasant and upbeat. However, the thing that gets me about them every time is the line service. They either need to have people working who can observe their first come first serve policy when taking orders or close a lane if there aren't going to be enough people outside to take orders in the lane. I literally sat in line waiting to have my order taken while a crew member went to every person in her lane even though they all pulled in after I had arrived, and as I waited for my order...
