We went to All Aboard on July 30th and brought our family (2 five year olds). When we walked in, they said they were out of burgers and salad, which was over half the available menu. We shook it off and all ordered something else. The trains were cool when they were working, but we had to ask them to turn it on. We got into the restaurant around 7pm and they close at 8. While we were eating, they were clearly doing their closing to do list, which was fine; however, they asked us if we would be using the bathroom because they wanted to clean it and didn’t want us to use it if they were cleaning it. Mind you, there were other people eating, as well. When our food came, they didn’t bring the ranch that we had ordered so we asked them to bring some out. They brought one, and when we asked for more, they made us go back up to the register and pay $.50 for us to receive a small ranch container that is half full. At this point, we’re getting pretty annoyed. At exactly 8pm, they came over to us and told us we had to leave because they were closed. The five year olds were clearly still finishing up their meal (as well as the adults), but we were rushed out as soon as the clock struck 8pm. We were excited to try this place because of all the great reviews, and maybe we just came on a bad night, but overall, we had a really bad experience and will not...
Read moreMy brother, niece and I ate here this past Sunday at around 2:30 pm. It wasn't too busy. Ordered our food pretty quickly. The young lady that took our order was sweet and attentive. When my brother asked about an item she prominently answered it with knowledge on the menu.
My brother got a burger. My niece got a kids pizza with fries. I got the spinach strawberry salad without meat. All of us left full and satisfied.
When you walk in the door there is a menu for you to look at as you stand in line and there's a menu behind the counter where you'll order then you'll proceed to the drink area. It is self serve. They have tea and soft drinks. Beer is at the counter. I got Dr. Pepper and it was on point. After you order your food you'll be given a small disc to place into a machine at your table. That let's the cooks know what table to send your food to.
The train is cute and we recorded it when it reached our table. It'll drop off your food into a plate that lowers to your table.
They have kids merchandise and a little train track for them to play with as you wait in line. It's clean, the food was great, and all the employees...
Read moreThe place was really cute for a little children because of the train that comes around and brings your food to you. A few times the cart almost fell off the slide tray that brings you your food which can be dangerous the booths are extremely small nobody waits on you you have to order at the counter which is fine but the lady at the front was not very friendly. You pay ALOT for a burger plates a chicken finger plate & wrap sandwich $33!!! You expect for that much to have someone come by and ask if your meal was good? Ask if they can get you anything? This was our first & last time here. The food is not quality, you are paying for the train to come around. Again this is cute but if the service & food were good this place would be a treasure!!! My son's chicken fingers were just about black they were cooked so long.... & we are all about flavor & spice but the salt mix they put on the fries will have you drinking water for hours after. My turkey wrap had " bits" of cheese in it, not a slice... very strange. Save your money & treat your family to soooo many of the other nice " family" restaurants in...
