I will not be ordering from this Little Ceasar again. A particular employee lack basic problem solving skills and has an attitude problem. I ordered for the first time using the App and sent my husband to pickup the order. Did not realize there was a portal with a code until later. Well my husband gave them my name and the heavy set black lady could not find the order and insisted that someone else already pick up the order. She even started to ask my husband a series of questions like, where was he coming from and etc. Just uneccesary questions. I even called to Little Ceasars and the lady answered the phone and with an attitude and didn't give me a clear understanding what was going on, then hung up in my face without saying goodbye. We could of fixed the issue right, then. The only thing I could understand was a pizza was missing and he have to wait for another. Well the manager was called to the front and the pizza was found in the portal after 20 minutes of constant run around with bad, unprofessional attitude.Tell me how hard it was to problem solve this situation in a pleasant manner. Could they have not looked up my name and saw that it was ordered by app and the pizza was in the portal? Could no one have asked how was the order made, over the phone or by app? No, the employee skipped all that to say, she knew they already gave that order to someone and that we were STEALING!! After my husband came home and told me all this, I called and said do I need to come up there with an ID, because I don't need no stealing nonsense going on about me. She answered with a smart mouth, saying they have nothing to do with the portal and we should of got a code. Still no apology for the accusation of stealing. If you don't like your job or know how to engage with customers you need to pick a job or position where you don't engage with customers. One bad attitude can spoil the bunch...

I walked in yesterday to grab a pizza and after waiting for a bit I noticed the employee heading the dough grab his phone with his bare hand, send a text, put it back into his pocket and then goes back to heading the dough with the same hand that was just touching his phone. The amount of bacteria that lives on a cell phone, plus the obvious comfortability of the employee performing the act, I am sure he does this all the time. I was revolted that such a disregard for public safety and health in an eating establishment was ok. I mentioned it to the manager, who was in her phone as well and she seemed more irritated than I was disturbing her rather being concerned about the blatant disregard to universal precautions when dealing with food in a public establishment.
