Arrived upon opening, first customers of the day. Service was great! To my disappointment the dining area was gross. There were tables that still had crumbs on them, all of the high chairs freaking disgusting. I guarantee the mats haven't been cleaned up underneath in a long while, trash cans were also disgusting with food and drink splatters on top, same with the drink and condiment counter. There were even a few bugs in the window sill. It's obvious the manager doesn't do any checking to make sure things get done. Thirty minutes after opening an additional front end employee arrives and all she does was spray the door leading towards the drive thru twice and wipes it off and then goes and stands by the registers. Nobody was in there execpt my small family. I understand it's minimum wage by people should put some effort into what they signed up for. I'm more dissapointed in the manager on shift for not making sure the dining facility was clean before unlocking the doors. I was tempted to ask for my meals for free if I cleaned up the lobby. I will not be returning to this Arbys. Gross gross gross. But excellant...
Read moreIt really shouldn’t be this hard to get your order right. Overcharge and under-deliver. For example, my most recent trip was at 7:30pm. Drive through was empty and I placed my order for a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. I asked if I could substitute the Swiss cheese for American cheese and the lady confirmed this was not a problem. They asked if I wanted my receipt and sure enough the receipt shows the substitution. They made sure to charge me .75 cents for an extra piece of cheese even though it was a substitution. Got home to find that they didn’t even substitute it. In fact they charged me extra for the sandwich with Swiss cheese. Even worse, the sandwich looked terrible and tasted even worse- there was copious amounts of honey mustard lathered on the sandwich and after one bite I’m fairly confident it wasn’t actually honey mustard or something was very wrong with it. This is the first time I’ve had to throw my entire meal in the trash. Do yourself a favor and pick another place or eat a bologna...
Read moreOne of the few budget-friendly drive-thru lunch options available within the swanky Chenal/Promenade area. That's evident by the crowd at lunch. While the drive-thru can be slooooow, I'm happy to report the staff are pretty much upbeat and friendly. When dining inside, I've experienced smiling, above-average counter service as well. If you're a fan of traditional Greek gyros, I recommend you give the greek gyro here a try. It's made with the classic gyro loaf slices, plus fresh sliced tomato, red onion, lettuce and a very credible tzaziki sauce on a soft warm pita. For $4.19, it's a great, super-savory change-up on a burger. Unfortunately, at 710 calories, I have to control my cravings. I want to give this place 5 stars instead of 4, but the lunch-run waiting time has got to improve a little first. I'm glad to have this so close to...
