DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! Worst Asian buffet I've ever been to and I'm not one to normally complain, but after this experience I felt compelled. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUFFET until the owner learns to care about their patrons dining experience. If I could give them a zero on the food I would. They earned a NEGATIVE TEN FOR CLEANLINESS!!!!
My husband ate off of the buffet and every piece of chicken he would try was only luke warm and SO dry and hard it was inedible. He said everything else was bland. I ate from the hibachi and it was the only decent thing there, but the person working the grill was so unpleasant it was very off-putting.
Every inch of the walls and ceiling were filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathrooms. I couldn't even brave touching the doors in the women's bathroom, they were covered in greasy fingerprints and the floor was very sticky. BOTH the paper towel dispenser and the air dryer were not functioning. This place looked like it was falling apart from the outside decor to the ripped dining seats at every table. So sad that the owner would allow this state of disarray and could allow people to pay to eat in that kind of environment.
The Mexican music in an Asian restaurant was very unusual, definitely spoils the ambiance if you're looking for the Asian dining experience.
We will NEVER eat here again and neither will our friends and family unless they do a complete 180.
The hostess/person clearing the plates was very sweet and all smiles. That was the...
Read moreI had a bad experience when I dined here yesterday and If I could give this place 0 stars I would because of the rude and disrespectful lady at the front counter demanding I pay first before eating multiple times (because I had a camping backpack for shopping and holding my gear) and after a brief argument where I told her that's not how Chinese buffets work and having to show her a $20 bill to prove I had money so she would let me sit down and eat. she only did so at the next table in view of the register where she could see me eating. I'm not a thief and I dont appreciate being discriminated at like that without even knowing me just because I came in wearing a backpack assuming I cant afford a $15.99 average buffet that's barely worth $9.99 that's extremely disrespectful. May you know the name of shame today lady how dare you? if you want to do yourself the biggest favor for the same price the go to the Panda Garden in Shackleford Crossing not 10 miles away and you'll be glad you did! The food is better, the sushi bar is a lot better, its in a nicer area and I never had to deal with no stupid ghetto BS and discrimination just because I come in with a backpack. I'd rather be treated like a human there at Panda Garden on Shackleford than ever go back to Asian Grill...
Read moreIf I could I would give zero stars, I was given old rotten General Tao chicken and salty wonton soup, when I called back to let them know I was told âokay I am sorryâ I replied understand you are sorry but I paid for this food and it is not good. They was told â is there anything else I can do for youâ I then politely said no thank you. To give you a back story I buy food from here 3 times a month and have never had a problem before while the food has never been amazing it was good. I never before have I received anything rotten or wonton soup that was salty, but it wasnât even the fact that food wasnât good or rotten that gets me (not that I want bad food but I understand sometimes you can have a off day ) itâs the way they handled the problem. Never once was I rude or crazy never once did I say that I wouldnât purchase anything from there anymore ( which I will not) so for them to handle this like that is crazy to me. So honestly save your time and money on this place and if you want Chinese food look for a...
