Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Little Rock

Spent $53 but could have spent $20 for twice the food and the worker was gloating about it: Well they got me pretty good today, I'll give them that. I asked for 20 party tacos and a gallon of sweet tea. They don't sell gallons so I had to buy 3 large sweet teas. The guy has always had an attitude but this time he was very happy to help, like oddly happy to help and very vocal about my my order with his kitchen staff once he heard what I was intending to purchase and they all kept looking at me funny. So I get back with the food I got in an attempt to do something nice for my coworkers and notice on the box it says Wholelotta Box and I was wondering what that was. Turns out it's 12 party tacos, two beans, two rice, and chips and salsa AND drinks for $10 or 24 party tacos, 4 beans, 4 rice, and 2x chips and salsa AND 2x drinks for $20. I paid $53 for just 20 party tacos and 3 large teas. All of that is to say the older black guy with long black and grey hair is not there to help, you'd get better customer service from a robot. That dude took pleasure in intentionally screwing me out of $30 and for half the food. I admit, I should have done my research but what is that dude there for? Find someone else. I'm telling everyone there's bugs in the beef at the Taco Bueno on Baseline from now on. Keep the $30, I'm not even trying to go back and get it. Taco Bueno wants to tax me like that? Fine, I'm taxing back and this is just the beginning. This is a 10 year plan. I want to cost Taco Bueno on Baseline at least a few thousand over the next decade. I...

The only reason I gave it one star was because it wouldn't allow me to write a review otherwise. The first time I ever went to a Taco Bueno, I ordered a Big Freekan Quesadilla. It was huge. Big chunks of chicken and I could hardly finish it. Then, I went to this one. My grandson ordered a regular chicken and I ordered the BF chicken quesadilla. Mine was the same size as his. But, it had the big chunks of chicken. Went two or three days ago and same garbage. I ordered the bf quesadilla and got one with ground beef and cheese and was flatter than my pancakes. I have told my wife that I would not go back there before, and it had been a long time. I hoped it was going to be better. Nope, just kidding... This place I have gone to many times in the past but the people they have working her now are so rude also after work I picked up some tacos for my grandchildren I ordered 9 they told me to pull around and wait (why I'm not sure no one was behind me) but they brought my tacos out in a box with my other purchases in a bag. Never told me they dont wrap tacos. My box fell on its side in the car and guess what I had a mess no one wanted to even eat when I called about this I was told by manager that all their good customers know they don't wrap tacos really?
