My Review has nothing to do with this particular location it has to do with ordering online from there website. I ordered a pair of work boots on 12/1/20 was sent a receipt for the order in the amount of $98.54 then was charged $96.74 on my card. why two different amounts even it was lower then what was shown on receipt?? Was shown an estimated delivery date of 12/7/20 - 12/10/20 when i called there customer service number to find out why my order had not been processed yet was put on hold so they could contact the vendor. customer service comes back and says oh sorry those boots are now on back order till 12/30/20. ARE YOU KIDDING ME !?!? how do you not know that when I placed the order and then i have to be the one to call and find out what's taking so long for an order to process only to find out its on back order?!?! They can't send me an email informing me of this but every single day since I placed the order my email is full of there advertising emails. When i asked why they didn't inform me of this sooner i was told they just found out. They only found out because I CALLED THEM which prompted them to call the vendor! Then when I tell them to cancel the order and ask when i can expect to see the money returned to my account i am told 3-5 business days after conformation from the vendor that the order is canceled. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !! I will NEVER order anything from this business again if this is how they operate! How are you not communicating with your vendors on a regular basis? I would have never known about the back order unless I would have called. They need to communicate better with there customers and stop worrying about sending all the advertising emails 2 and 3...

Worst place to purchase anything. I purchased a gas powered pressure washer this summer with extended warranty. First time I used it a wheel fell off and it fell over. Stood it back up and it kept running for about 10 minutes then stopped and could not be restarted. Took it to them, they fixed it charging us $50 bucks saying we had over filled the gas tank. Well git it back and didn't use it until about 3 weeks ago. Tryed to start it, it pulled 1 time then the pull cord froze.

Again took it to the store with my warentee and paperwork and they again sent it to the repair department. Took them 3 weeks to look at it and what they claim to have found is water in the gas tank and motor. The tech then acused me of pouring water into the gas tank.

I asked for the manager but was refused. I called back and was informed by the manager that the tech had sowed him that he had taken a torch and opened the fule tank and tried to.light it. As a firefighter this us the most amazing thing I have ever heard.

Now this being said apparently the $100 extra warantee is worthless and they will blame you the customer no mater what hapenes. I will never purchase another thing from these people. My intention is to take them to court and sew them. Also a complaint to OSHA as well. The safety the demonstrated in the shop...

I like the store, items available and some of the prices. However I bought a new pressure washer that failed in the first thirty days. Leaked pump oil in my garage while NOT using it.

Due to the circumstances I wanted something different. I don’t want to get out of warantee and this happen again. Even though this was in the first 30 days they would not replace, exchange or return the item. Instead they replaced the pump which they happened to have on hand. I won’t use this washer for a year to know weather it’s going to fail again or not.

They would not even offer me a store credit to get a different one. Seems like they might own the brand I bought.

They told me once I put gas in it it was mine. Therefore I will never purchase another gas powered item from northern tool again. I would recommend others buy from someone that will replace or refund items that fail in the first 30-90 days.

When I was asked if I was happy with everything I explained why I was not, I was told “hopefully that doesn’t happen again”. Hope is not a strategy...
