Ok so I know sometimes they have a delivery delay but they've always been very kind and very professional to me I order frequently and I always have been treated very respectfully. Also when I make any order large or small I Make sure to tip The driver as I would as if I were in a restaurant. Today they called me and warned me that it might be a longer delay so I went through the drive-through pick up my order and I was greeted by Alexis who has the absolute best personality and the area manager Brandy who is working on their delivery times and accuracies. I see this Pizza Hut as quite competent. Trust me there have been times when my order has not been exactly as I asked and I do let them know but I don't treat them disrespectfully it's hard to find good help and when you are serving the entire southwest Little Rock area and you only have one driver sometimes things are out of their control without any fuss please know they've always made it right in my case.
You know I try to treat them like I want them to treat me and I actually use that on a daily basis in my life with everyone in retail because sometimes it's just something that you have to accept life isn't perfect no one is and have never tried to do that job I would imagine that it's quite overwhelming at times. My cinnamon sticks were stuck to the bottom of the cardboard, I asked for an 8 piece boneless and got 12-14 mini pieces of what looks like crumbs/ bottom of the bag. No utensils or napkins. I used extra gas to drive the pizza back because it barely had pepperonis and I paid $3-$4 more for the pep lovers. The second one looked worse than the first. I asked to speak to the manager Charlie when I got back to my place of living to express this and he put the cook on the phone to tell me how the pizza was made instead of compensating me for my dissatisfaction. I paid to have it made right, it’s the least they could do. I was recently in the tornado that came by Little Rock and have to pay for my family to eat out until it’s safe to return to my home area. All I wanted was what I paid for nothing more nothing less. And I got less. I will be contacting corporate . When I asked for the mangers last name he told me “I don’t have to give you that”. Also ordered a bacon pizza, which doesn't seem easy to mess up, well they found a way. Ordered at 9:20pm and it arrived at 10:50pm! The hotel I'm staying in is less than 2 miles away. The food was cold. Called multiple times to find out where my order was and took 30 minutes to get someone to answer. When the chick pulled up my order she laughed, horribly unprofessional! Told me to tell the delivery driver to call and get discounted price, but when he got here he couldn't get anyone to answer either. Will definitely be contacting corporate and complaining.
