The first thing I did when I walked into this location is ask for a nutrition guide, as there were more flavors available than what was listed on the Website. They said it was on the sticker. The only thing on the sticker was calorie content for a 4 oz. cup. I needed carb content, as I am on a strict low carb diet for diabetes. They said that's all there was. So I went with what I got from the website, ordered a 2 oz. jamoca. What I received was a jamoca almond, which I didn't realize until I took the first bite. When my husband took it back, he mentioned the error and noted I'm allergic to nuts. They MADE HIM BUY A NEW CUP. They made an understandable error, especially since they are right next to each other, and made us pay for their mistake. That is wrong and bad business practice. Read moreI visited this location on 9/29/17 at 4:41pm, it was myself, a friend and her 5 daughters, we were in the process ordering when her 4yr old dropped her ice cream on the floor (ice cream down), when the mom told him she dropped it he in turned told her, "That's not my problem, I can't replace that." I was so livid, I told him what happened again for a clear understanding, and he LAUGHED and repeated what he said the first time, we didn't pay for ANYTHING, and I sat in my truck to calm down and watched him DUMP the already eaten from ice cream back in the bin! Read moreThe customer service I experienced last week at the BR on Rodney Parham here in Little Rock was absolutely horrible. I ordered the “warm” cookie sandwich. After receiving my order and taking a few bites I realized the cookies were HARD. I’m not just talking regular hard but hard like had been baked yesterday hard. BRICK HARD! I kindly and I do mean kindly brought this to the cashiers attention. In doing so, she refused to remake it with “warm” cookies and also refused to give me my money back simply I had already eaten off of it.
