Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Little Rock

I came in the store I asked about the ice cream cakes I bought one then I asked the lady about the milkshakes I told her I wanted a medium and I asked to try a flavor she let me try it & it turn out to be Disgusting so I asked to try another flavor she looked me up and down and said sir you can only try one flavor I’m sorry… I said okay put 5 bucks in the tip jar and left.. Now the problem is I have be been gone there and place like it since I was young and that has never been a policy before I left out she let a family of three try multiple flavors she didn’t know they where close friends of mines so I know for a fact I was racially profiled and it’s sad they are a terrible place to go glad I didn’t have my kids with me so sick still to this day they have people like that and it’s a family owned business so they are probably all that way I wouldn’t put it past dem definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!!!!!!! COVID conditions had nothing to do with it cold stone creamery down the street allowed me try more than one flavor and said they here bad things about them all the time!!!!!!...

I tried this location since the tornado had did damage to it. I wish I had went to the other location. The ice cream cake decoration was AWFUL and I told the lady that before I left. Nothing was offered as far as a discount. When I got home to celebrate my son's birthday, the cake was AWFUL, too. It tasted old. My son didn't even finish eating his slice and I didn't either. I paid for this cake and it was NOT edible. I have contacted customer service a million times and the owner will NOT call to try to make it right or anything. I am big on customer service. From now on, I am going back to Dairy Queen where I do not have any issues. This location does not have a real baker and she was excited to show me the cake. My 3 year old neice could have done a better job!! I have been telling every one at my job and posted on my Facebook of this horrible cake. Take your business elsewhere. I wish I could add the...

I love everything about Baskin robins I went in there plenty of times and had my food right every-time it’s always taste good for the whole haven’t tried Baskin robins and want to try it go to Baskin robins,Chenal,Little Rock Arkansas and also just for a reminder try wild and reckless it is my favorite ice-cream I love it and I get it all the time but do not try bubble gum in my opinion if you like very sweet stuff the bubble gum flavor is for you and for the wild and reckless one has a very fruity taste and it’s very flavorful the bubble gum ice cream has real bubble gum in there I almost choked and it is ok in my opinion I will rate it a 6/10 but without the bubble gum pieces it would be a 10/10 I love Baskin robins so much and that’s really all i can eat all day to have an dessert the costumer serves is excellent I took mines to go and I hope y’all go check...
