Where do I start? I've been a loyal Blaze customer since they opened this location. But it has gone downhill in the last year two years. -The store is almost always filthy. The ingredient containers are a mess and all the ingredients become mixed so I often get surprise bites of ingredients I didn't order nor like. -I'm lucky if one employee says two words to me other than my order total when checking out. -Half the time when I order online my pizza is burnt. -Once, I showed up and the person taking my order was talking to someone on her airpods the entire time. This led to a fight in "the back" with her coworker. Everyone in the store could hear them screaming awful things at each other and bashing customers who had just left. -I've seen the long broom that's used to clean the oven leaning on the filthy floor. -The drink fridge next to the register is never fully stocked and neither are the drink supplies so I usually have to ask for a lid and an employee will begrudgingly get me one. -More than once I've walked in and been told they are only taking online orders and I'm given a different excuse everytime. It feels like they are trying to keep customers out of the store. -The back hallway is almost always filled to the brim with empty boxes, just a bad look. Don't even want to imagine what the back kitchen looks like given the state of the rest of the store.
I won't be going back and encourage others to do the same. To the owners: get your store in order or your days are limited. People are noticing all of the things I've mentioned and I've seen unhappy customer after unhappy customer...
Read moreThis is one of our favorite pizza places. But just be careful and not try to get a pizza 10 minutes before the 9:00 closing. I absolutely know that is not an ideal time to order, but sometimes the day's circumstances prevent you from ordering during a more ideal time of day. To the girl taking orders at the front counter, thank you for making us stand there for several minutes so that you could use nonverbal ques to let us know just how irritated you were that someone would have the audacity to walk in the unlocked door during the final minutes of the store being open. You blatantly ignoring us so that you could wipe down all of the food containers and talk to your coworker on the other side of the glass only prolonged your agony of actually having to take our order. After which, caused the counter and food containers to need to be wiped down a second time. But to your coworkers who actually cooked our pizza and checked us out, thank you for providing customer service and being kind. It did not go unnoticed! Daytime hours = great place to eat! Read moreBeware of Blaze! I hope they can get there major problems fixed after reopening. At this moment they seem not to care about there customers at all. Let me explain please. I called them and got their auto attendant which directed me to order from there website. I go to the website where i pick to be my ordered delivered. I pay for the order along with a 4.99 delivery fee and tip. At the end of the order i get a estimated time of delivery. 30 minutes after the given delivery time I call the store, and they tell me they do not deliver and my pizza has been sitting there for 30 minutes. So I drive up there thinking they are going to make it right. I get there and find I have cold pizza waiting on me and that they will try to refund the delivery and tip within 5 to 7 days if they can. No apology, no lets warm up that pizza for you, no nothing. To top off when i got home my order was wrong. I was so exited to see blaze open again, but after this I will have to else where for my pizza.
