One of my favorite dishes at Bar Louie is the honey chicken sandwich. Starving and looking forward to a delicious meal tonight(12/10/2020, 9:30pm), I ordered the honey chicken sandwich. Immediately, after taking one bite out of the sandwich I spit it out. The sandwich taste like it wasn’t cooked completely, however the fries that came with it were very good. I called the waiter over and explained to him that the sandwich taste horrible and I’d like to just switch out for some wings, which was what my son ordered and had verified that they were good. The waiter reached to take my plate. I told him the fries were good and I wanted to keep them. He said if I keep the fries, (which I’ve already been eating) he would have to charge me for the fries because the wings don’t come with fries. Let me also add he never apologized for the way the sandwich taste and showed no concern for my disappointment in the quality of the food. I said to him so here you have a customer that’s not happy with a sandwich that he specifically came to eat and you are focused on charging me for some fries. I then asked to speak to a manager. He left went and spoke to a bar tender and after about 5 min there was no manager. We had to ask another waitress to get a manager for us. The manger came over immediately, (I did not get his name) listened to what happened, apologized, empathized and immediately looked to resolve the situation. He was very friendly and polite. He offered to give a discount on the wings, which I explained thanks but I didn't want a discount but wanted him to know about the food situation and how the waiter handled the matter and the poor service we received from him. Trent never came over to explain why he never brought over a manger and seemed very uncomfortable serving us the rest of the night. I believe this is a good training opportunity to discuss with staff how to deal with customer complaints and how to turn an upset customer into...

The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and very attentive. Everything came out in a timely manner and the food was cooked perfectly and hot. I ordered the calamari and pepperoni Flatbread. I will say I did not care for the Flatbread or the excessive amount of pizza sauce on it, but the calamari was a 10. 4 years ago: Okay so I kinda have given up on bar louies because of such bad service and horribly cooked food at the nlr location but my friend wanted to go for her bday. So I agreed. We went on a Tuesday night to the little rock Cantrell location and I can truly say the service and food are 100% better. Not to mention my favorite bar tender here ( very nice lady with long black hair) moved from the nlr location to this location. We stayed 4 hours and we treated very well by staff and the food was perfect. We ordered spinach dip, burgers, flatbread, and so many diva martinis ( the are the best martinis I've ever had). They are a tad sweet but are not skimped on the liquor. Nothing was done wrong this night. If your wondering what to try try their $5 burger and fry night on Tuesdays. The backyard burger is amazing. Also their loaded tots ( although I'm sad the changes the...
Read moreSeptember 11, 2022 @the North Little Rock MCcain mall location experienced negative service with a take out order. I left a review of that whole ordeal via Google reviews. Honestly I was looking for a generic response to the review (that wasn't what happened). I actually got a message to leave a contact number. After speaking with a wonderful woman who worked with cooperate. She was expecting to have a conversation with a male Karen (since that didn't transpire). She sent a eGift card to return to Bar Louie with hope of a better experience. Honestly that's not the next part of the Bar Louie service. Between MCcain Mall location and Cantrell they don't have the " Updated system" to process the eGift card as a form of payment. I called a Texas and Tennessee Bar Louie, and was told with a smile (over the phone) from the respective managers. A eGift card isn't a problem come on in and see us. Now I'm after having a manager from the Cantrell location advise me today to email cooperate to fix it. The email has been sent. No business should have customers going on quests to have good service and a great experience at their...
