Would not recommend this location if you want to ensure that your food hasn't been handled by another customer. On Friday I ordered two items and was second in line at the window. I saw the employee working outside between the window and the cars pass a bag to the car in front of me. The bag was passed back to the employee a minute or so later. I was hoping that wasn't my order only to have that bag passed to me when I arrived at the window. When I asked the employee if that was the bag that had been handled by the car in front of me, she said they had it for just a minute and gave back to her. No offer to replace the food, so I asked for a replacement. She received that request as if I had done something wrong and this was an inconvenience. And then she told the staff in the window that I needed a replacement saying, "Yes, it was inside the previous car for a minute." They all acted like I was the problem because I didn't want strangers handling my order. So then I was asked to pull forward while they made a replacement, again acting like I was being done a big favor, and then my replacement was out in less than a minute. After eating part of it, I began feeling really uncomfortable because I don't think it was physically possible for a "replacement" to have been prepared and a sticker applied to the bag. I think they gave me the original food that had been handled by another car, so I threw it away. But it gets better -- I tried to call the store manager and was connected to Chic FilA Cares. I held for 15 minutes and then told my story to an employee who was noncommital and said a manager would call me. They still have not, so Chic FilA doesn't care much. I don't think that could possibly be in keeping with the food safety...
Read moreThis has been our go to Chick-fil-a for a long time.. as of late, the portioning and value for money seems to be lacking. Primarily at breakfast, which I am pregnant, their egg white grill chicken sandwich has been the cause for frequent stops in the morning. For $5 for just the sandwich, the piece of chicken that is consistently put on this sandwich is about half the size of the English muffin that it sits on and it's also insanely thin, like cardboard. So you're primarily eating bread, this is not filling.
This problem has been consistent the last 3 visits over the last week, so it doesn't appear to be a quality control problem and more so the Chick Fil-A standard. I've addressed this issue with management, yet the chicken maintains a puny size in nature, unlike when you order a grilled chicken sandwich for lunch.
If you are paying the same amount of money for a breakfast sandwich or a lunch sandwich, the chicken should be the same size and quality. I have also lately noticed the lunch fried chicken sandwich patty is very thin, hardly any chicken at all, again has been consistent in nature.
We will try another location to either Maumelle, or McCain to see if the location is the problem, and if it's a franchise problem, we will take our almost daily business to Zaxby's.
While the staff are friendly, I go there for the food, so if the food is lacking, the customer service can only take them so far. Reason for...
Read moreThis Chick fil a used to be the best CFA in central Arkansas, with some of the friendliest staff and best customer service around. They never messed up orders, and they were FAST! They had literally won awards for their speed and accuracy. I have been going to this location for somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 years or so.. I used to get breakfast here almost every day, and often lunch as well, the order takers knew my name and usually knew my order even. When Bob Paine retired (august 2022) the new owner took over and has quickly run this location into the ground. I am deeply saddened by this change, as I had several friends and family members who worked here over the years, and like I said I used to go nearly every day. These days they have closed the inside, they are not accepting mobile orders, they’re not doing curbside, and they don’t have people outside with the iPads anymore, it’s all through the menu, 1 line not 2, and it takes ages and the food is soggy and the people are not nearly as friendly. As far as I know there isn’t a single person still there that was there before. Chick fil a corporate NEEDS to step in and take care of this or they will quickly lose a large customer base. My understanding is the son of the previous owner had attempted to purchase the location to take it over and CFA told him no. That will go down in history as one of the worst decisions they ever...
