I vist this establishment with my aunt on today while griving the lost of my mother. We went through the drive through and ask a question twice about a item on the menu bc we couldn't quite find what we was looking for. On the second attempt asking the question the cashier rudely said over the intercom I JUST TOLD YOU THAT 😳 Oh my goodness we told her thanks have a good day. We pulled up to the front of the store walked in ask the same rude lady for her managers name she yells Cheryl...rudely again...Cheryl came several mintues later..we explained to her what happened she aplogized repeatedly and i do believe it was genuine..she offered to comp us a meal ...we told her that was not necessary but we did need her to know how nasty her worker had been. I told her that i was a manager and i understood the importance of customer service. She said that she would go and correct the problem immediately. So im giving 3 starts only bc the General Manager spoke to us with sincerity. However i don't care how long that rude employee has worked for the company she is very bad for business. Read moreOrdered the Sampler with Mac n Cheese and Corn on the cob and a Funnel cake sticks. It was AWFUL!!! I mean AWFUL!!!! Fish had a bad taste, chicken was fried to hard, shrimp was cold, the whole meal was cold. Mac n Cheese was so salty I'm sure it elevated my bp, and the corn was hard like it was old and been sitting all day in the warmer. I didn't even receive a receipt with my .25 change. Had to wait on my funnel cake sticks and they were hard as a rock with a lb of powder sugar on top. After three attempts I finally got someone on the phone to complain because $21.75 was too expensive to waste., So the manager Shirley said she had been busy all day and assumed I was missing a piece of fish until I told her my food was cold and the fish tasted spoiled, etc. She offered to replace my piece of fish and Mac n Cheese but I asked her to replace my entire meal since I was only passing through LR but after being so disgusted I really want a refund now after throwing the whole meal in the trash!!! Read moreThe service at the location as seriously declined!! The service that I received today was the worst service that I've ever received at a restaurant!! The employees were rude, unprofessional, and disfunctional. It took more than 30 minutes for me to receive my order. After inquiring about the status of my order twice, I asked for a refund. My request was ignored; therefore, I was basically held hostage in that restaurant waiting for them to finally prepare and delivery my order!! The cashier lied about the status of my order when I first inquired. They obviously weren't preparing my order.
When I walked into the restaurant a lady was upset about the long wait that she had. I didn't expect to have the same experience! During the 45 minutes that I sat in the restaurant, to place a to go order, at least 50% of the dine-in customers had to return to the counter because there was an error in their order.
Having to wait a ridicouslly long time to place and then receive an order is very inconvenience. But, having to endure the rude and professional attitude from the cashier is totally...
