Charlie's Place Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Little Rock

This place was so unprofessional. I will never come here again. "The I love the blues" concert was just terrible! The owner should have been shut down lat night. No parking to accommodate every one who paid a ticket, VIP had to stand in the cold while general administration went right on in, VIP services was just horrible (rolling eye, never bought us our drinks, never waiton us at all, seating was horrible, tv played to loud we could not even hear artists we can to see, the artists microphones were horrible, base so loud you could not even hear what they were saying, light horrible artists sing in the dark, I could go on and on! Furious, we left! We paid over 300.00 for our VIP tickets, never again Little Rock! Customer service goes along way with me! And yes you may have made a fool out of me now, but never again. Remember, one happy customer will only tell a few about thier experience but a piss ofd customer will tell the world. And to think I drove all the way from Texas to be treated like a Monority. Came on the night that the band was there, which was good, really enjoyed them. This place is huge and has alot of potential and can't wait to see it grow. Myself and Co workers came to have drinks and dinner, the drinks barely had alcohol in them taste like I was drinking juice which was VERY disappointing, our food took a minute to come;it was busy so understandable but we had wings and pizza, the pizza was suggested by our sever countiss who basically was the star of our night, kept checking on us, made sure we had refills, laughing and talking with us, we were trying to cause trouble but she kept her cool! She is definitely what's this place needs, can't wait to come back and see her! Place is a good place to unwind and relax, they have pool tables which was a plus. Will definitely come back! Great place, free to get in but expect to spend that money on the drinks, I believe a shot of crown was 14 dollars. And they really do need more bartenders, it took us 30 - 45 mins to get drinks. Since that's where the money comes it seems like they'll be moving faster to collect. We couldn't get as many drinks as we wanted because of the slow service. And it was like 15 of us so thats a lot of money they missed out on. But the place is nice and I had fun still. Also the food we order which was chicken tenders or strips wasn't tasteful. They were very plain no season. Will update if it better next time.

Update: Just went back and the food was great. It was a complete 360. We all enjoyed our food. It is pricey but it at least did taste great. And the bar was much better as well. My overall experience was...
