My Wife and I work opposite shifts take care of our three year old autistic son. Most days this leaves little time for dinner prep. We were terribly excited when this Domino’s opened not long ago and rightfully so!!
This place has been on point since they opened! The pizza is great and always cooked to perfection! They actually pay attention when you ask for well-done (crispy) even.
The one and only time I had any considerable issue was that the wrong pizza (1 of2) had gotten delivered with my order and it looked great but the only thing is my son will only eat pizza with pepperoni on it and this one had none.
I called and explained and they had the correct pizza redelivered in less than 12 minutes ( granted I live very close) with no questions asked!! Awesome customer service!!!!
Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had was made by Jose there. Jose, if you read this man, you are a friggin artist!!
The only other small hiccup I’ve ever had was with their BBQ Bacon specialty chicken, which is awesome. I always order it with an extra side of BBQ sauce (because I love their sauce) and have never received it. I’m thinking it has something to do with the way their tickets print that request because I have seen some variance in the amount of sauce on the chicken.
All things considered, for a chain pizza joint this is the best!

Read moreI visited this store on September 20th at approximately 1:15 AM to place a to-go order. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing and raised serious concerns. The employee informed me that the credit card system was “not working” and insisted that payment could only be made in cash, through his personal Chime, or via Cash App.they unplugged the card machine. This immediately felt unprofessional and suspicious, as these are not standard payment methods for a legitimate business.
When I asked if I could simply place the order online, he told me it was not possible. However, I later confirmed that online ordering was indeed available and successfully placed my order. This made it appear as though the employee may have been attempting to bypass the store’s official system for personal gain.
This type of behavior undermines customer trust and damages the store’s reputation. I strongly urge management to investigate, ensure that proper payment methods are consistently available, and reinforce training on professionalism and integrity. Read moreI made an order online around 5:30pm and the tracker wasn’t working very well. It told me my order was delivered around 6:30pm and I waited a little bit to call and ask about it. The manager, Kimberly, very nicely explained that the driver was delivering multiple orders and the tracker may not be accurate and I definitely understand that. After another hour or so I still hadn’t received my order so I called again and they immediately refunded my order, remade it fresh, and sent it out asap. It bothers me when I see negative reviews for restaurants that mention simple mistakes that could have been handled by just contacting the store. They went above and beyond to correct the accident and were patient and respect the entire time even though I know they’re probably short staffed and it was dinner rush.
