Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Little Rock

I order from here all the time but this time things went sideways. Well my app said my pizza came out the oven at 9:35, I called at 10:04 and was told that they were short 2 drivers by the person answered the phone and as soon as a driver got back that it would be on the way. I asked to speak to a manager whos name is Jose. Jose told me that my pizza had just came iut the oven and the driver was on the way. I asked him was my pizza going to be cold he assured me that it was fresh. (He lied). The driver arrived around 10:30 and the pizza was cold. I called Jose to let him know and he told me that driver would be back to pick it up. Never once did he apologize and this point is when he decides yo tell me that they only had two drivers. We orderd pizza and pasta the pasta was still warm so I kept it to feed to my son since its way past his bed time now so he could eat dinner. Jose calls me back and explains to me that since I kept the pasta that I could not order from there store again. My thinking was since I paid with a card just refund me half my money since I kept half the order. Thats wasn’t the case. I am no longer able to order from this store because I was lied to and my food was cold. I have contacted their cooperate office several times and nobody ftom the store will contact me concerning this matter!!! Oh its been...

I ordered through the app . Carry out every couple weeks Love the chicken bacon ranch sandwich I could just eat them everyday I got people at work addicted to them so when they know I'm going I always have to get one or two more. The staff here is very courteous and funny at times . These people genuinely meet you as soon as you walk through the door or at least greet you and tell you they'll be right with you The manager here must be pretty good to them. I want you all to know that greeting people is the best thing ever when you walk into an establishment and no one talks or anything it's not very welcoming and makes you think twice about coming back. But that's not a problem at this location I always feel welcome and I always come back...

This is the most frustrating experience that I have ever had. I wanted to cancel the order but my co-worker did not want to. These are not good people, and please do not order from them. We ordered pizza to a business, but it appeared that they did not want to take our order. A co-worker finally ordered online because we were on hold for 20 minutes. They would not pick up the phone to verify that the order had been received or was correct. These are unprofessional and terrible people.
