Food isn't bad if you're a salt lover. Now if you're a shake lover, THEY HAVE SOME GOOD PUMPKIN PIE CONCRETE SHAKES. DEFINITELY would recommend the shakes.

Editing this to respond to owners request of using the site given. Since it was a fast food service I was ordering from and was for a single moment I did not think to save the receipt so I do not have an order number for it. I had gone 10.11.2022. I have the date but that is all. I did not take pictures or anything due to it was just being a quick meal before going to a park with my family. Just wanted fast food to eat and move on with. The food I was given was not the worse but was definitely salty to the point my 1 year old son did not want to eat it nor my wife. I ate it while I sipped my sweet tea to wash it down because I was hungry. It was my second visit here. The first time the food was the same way but the shake was good. So I am reviewing based off of two occasions this had happened. I almost did not go back the second time due to being rushed through my order and given an attitude. It felt like they "just work there" "8 and hit the gate" kind of motto. But everyone has a bad day and I understand that. 3 stars I gave was mainly for the shake. I enjoyed it. Customer service did not whether it was the food or the experience alone from the person taking the order. This has led me to not wanting to come back nor my wife since she lost her appetite after eating this. Edited to say they don't care at all -- standard answer to the review to act like they were interested and then failure to act after that. Pitiful. Take your $$ to a business that deserves it.

Horrible experience here on Saturday. We went through the long line in the drive-thru, and a burger with no mustard was ordered. When my husband went to eat it, it was slathered in mustard. So since we didn't want to get back in that line, he went in to request that the burger be made again per the order given 3 TIMES at the speaker. The cashier advised that she needed the receipt, at which time we determined we had not been given one (was not attached to the bag, etc.). So then the manager was apparently not only disinterested but not respectful of our time and inconvenience. Despite the fact that we had a warm Freddy's burger in the bag and asked him to review an American Express transaction for $14.63 in the last 15 minutes, he couldn't be bothered and basically accused us of not getting the food there. Wouldn't even look in the bag. He eventually gave us $$ back for that part of the meal. His lack of service and indifference was sooooo rude. He never apologized, and we left without my husband getting his food (our preference was just to have it made again but he refused). We went on over to a competitor and won't be back. I ordered a single patti steak burger with onions, pickle, and mustard. The burger shown below is what I received. Suggestions: staff could have been more pleasant when I returned to the window to get the condiments I ordered (these items are standard). The patti is paper thin and a bit dried out, so "beef" the patti up a bit. The onions and pickle fall off the burger when trying to eat it. If you steam the onions and use oval pickles you don't have that issue. Add the single patti burger to your menu or combine two patties into one and stop calling it a double patti burger. Stop cooking the life out of the meat. A burger place in Ohio, called Skyway, gives you a decent size patti, grilled onions, dill oval pickles with mustard and their burger is legendary. Plus, it doesn't fall apart when eating it. Sometimes you need to break things to make them better. Tell the staff to be pleasant to everyone. You never know when someone will write a review.
