Gorditas Paty's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Little Rock

Good food. Bad service. My husband and I ordered 2 caldos, 2 tacos and 2 tostadas de camaron with a SMALL guacamole and 2 aguas frescas. We got the guacamole about 30 minutes AFTER we got the food. Apparently they don't ask what size you want they just assume a large. Never checked on us the entire time we were there except my husband's 1 refill. I asked for a hotchata to go as a refill for the one I paid for. We were charged for the large guacamole instead of the small one and the server argued over that and then told me it was $3.00 for the Hotchata. I guess they are charging for refills now if it is to go. That's a first time for us since we have always gotten refills in the past. Location on Geyer Springs...

The first time my friend and I came here the food was excellent. He got steak torta that was full of meat and very tasty. I got a large bowl of menudo which was very good and full of meat. We were so impressed we went back three weeks later which was today, and while I give it five stars the last time today I give it to and a half Stars. his sandwich had so little meat on it he took 1/2 of the sandwich and put all the ingredients on the other one to make one nice half of sandwich. I had so little meat in my bowl of menudo that there was so much soup left you would have thought I hadn't touched it at all. So no consistency and I will not...

Don't get me wrong , the food was pretty good but the service was trash. The server took a long time to take our order. She never went to our table to ask if everything was okay even though there was hardly any people in the restaurant. The worst part was when I was going to pay she messed up our receipt and that someone else paid our bill by accident but she wanted to ME to pay what the other people had eaten and it was way more than what we had. I ended up paying more than I had to and I asked for a receipt and she said she couldn't give it to me. Like how can I not get a receipt for what I paid for. Horrible service, I will probably never eat at that restaurant again maybe just order to go because the food is pretty good. This was on the Geyer Springs Rd location.

La comida de este lugar si esta rica, pero el servicio al cliente estuvo horrible. La mesera se tardo en venir a tomar nuestra orden, y luego no termino en tomarla y se fue a contestar el telefono y se tardo mas en regresar. Cuando al fin ya salio la comida nunca mas regreso la mesera a preguntar si todo estaba bien. Ni a rellenar las bebidas. Lo mas peor fue cuando iba a pagar. La muchacha se equivoco y me dijo que alguien mas pago mi cuenta. Y pues le dije que me hiciera una nueva y me dijo que no se podia. Me dijo que tenia que pagar la cuenta de la persona que pago la mia pero era mucho mas de lo que yo consumi y eso no me gusto. Despues me dijo que le quito un poco de cosas de la otra cuenta para que sea la misma cantidad de la mia. En fin tuve que pagar un poco mas de lo que consumi y eso no me gusto. Y luego le pedi mi recibo me dijo que no me lo podia dar. Osea como no voy a poder recibir un recibo de algo que pague, se lo pedi como 3 veces y nunca me lo quiso dar que porque no era lo que comi.
