Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Little Rock

The Moe's on Chenal has been slowly declining in service over the years. They are always out of something and have an ever changing cast of "employees" (even before COVID). Today I go in, only two people ahead of me. One was already checking out and the other getting ready to check out (and they looked disgusted with the service so I probably should have known then). Three employees walk back and forth from the order line to the register and not one of them acknowledged me. The girl (who I'm assuming was making on line orders took 5 minutes to stir and pour cheese dip into a cup while cursing because she later picked up a hot tortilla and still as I stood in front of her for 5 minutes , she did not acknowledge nor tell the other employees that I had not been served. After the "manager" is done checking the person in front of me out, she comes to ( after 10minutes of no acknowledgement) talk to the rest of the crew while playing in her hair. Now there are four people standing in front of me, two other employees not far away from them and as I turn to walk off, the manager and another employee who had been walking back and forth say ohh..as I'm walking out the door. This store is amazing on a good day, sadly that isn't most days. I've repeatedly ordered from this Moe's and it's always more likely than not that the customer service falls flat and the food is sad. They always seem to be out of salsa, the portions are 50/50 depending on the server, the chips are usually not crisp as well kept chips should be, and half the time when I ask for something on the side they forget to even include it in my bag unless reminded so. When the tortillas get warmed most times they only do it for 2-3 seconds, not enough to make it warm at all and if they have other orders coming in your food gets left open on the counter waiting for someone else to finish it off instead of being taken care of and given warm food to take home. There are days when the food is hot and delicious and the server is very nice and attentive but unfortunately that's not often. Consistency would be nice when you're paying as much as one...

Just wanted to share how easy it is to lose customers. I decided to try this location for the first time. Going inside no one was wearing any masks. A worker walked over to the start point of the line, no greeting just looked at me. The bar was not very appetizing and looked like old product. I asked could he get fresh chicken. He called over another employee and asked for them to get some. They debated who should get the chicken. Finally the employee went to cut up chicken. I watched as they pulled down a cutting board, did not sanitize the area or change gloves. They proceeded to talk to other employees while taking well over 10 minutes to get the chicken. I asked for the manager and told him about the situation. He didn’t apologize or go get the chicken. I left without food. Needless to say, I will never be going...
