TL;DR Review: Consistently bad order accuracy. Pretty good food though, if you can abide the apathy.
I've eaten here pretty regularly. I place the order online and go pick it up, typically. When I get home, they have CONSISTENTLY gotten something wrong or gave me something that makes it obvious that they don't value their customers. THIS time, for instance... Here; I'll just give you a blow-by-blow: I ordered a Spicy Thai Chicken Salad, kale instead of romaine and extra peanut dressing. This salad has two dressings: peanut sauce and thai chili vinaigrette. I asked for an extra peanut sauce. Instead, I was given extra thai chili vinaigrette. Still good. I ordered the Italian sandwich on Black Pepper Focaccia instead of ciabatta. The top of the bread was fine, but underneath the focaccia looked like someone took a knife and cut a triangle out of it. About 40% of the sandwich's proteins were visible from the bottom. Who does this? Who charges $6 for a half of a sandwich with 40% of the bottom bun missing? Totally ridiculous. This part is my fault: the spread for this sandwich is a basil mayo, and it's got this sour taste to it. I guess I prefer an Italian sandwich to have some kind of oil instead of mayo. Whatever. My daughter had the grilled cheese and apple kids meal. That is to say, she had a grilled cheese sandwich and an apple. Apple was beautiful, but the grilled cheese sandwich was miniscule. Seriously; she ate it in three minutes and said she was hungry. Easiest $5 meal Panera ever served.
I should end on a high note: the employees of this restaurant are friendly and accommodating. If the back of the house could just read and execute with something other than apathy they'd be...
Read moreHorrible service both times I have ordered delivery from this location! First time I placed a delivery option, I selected the ASAP option (which is 30-45 minutes after ordering) and it arrived over an hour and half and several calls later. I watched my delivery driver pass by locations numerous times going to other deliveries after he was already scheduled to drop mine off. No apologies from this location only excuses and I had to go to the delivery drivers car as he parked instead of following the instructions. The order I placed today arrived early however the driver did NOT call the number on my profile. I had to call the location as I got an e-mail stating my food had arrived, yet I did not have it!! The employee Isaiah I spoke with argued with me stating the driver called me when my phone had NO calls and the number he told me the driver Derrick called isn't listed ANYWHERE on my account!! I had to go through my building and locate him in order to get food that was no longer warm!! This is completely unacceptable!! I will no longer be a customer of...
Read moreDisappointing. Next time I’m in this area I’ll definitely go to Newk’s instead - especially since they have a kids eat for 99 cents offer.
Negatives: I walk in and the cashier tells me, ‘Breakfast is over.’ It would have been nice if she would have said something like, ‘Hi, welcome.’
I ordered a coffee and had to wait about 30 minutes to actually get coffee because both hazelnut AND dark roast were unavailable. The staff didn’t know their dark roast was empty nor that their half and half was empty. This experience made me think, ‘Maybe this is how Panera makes money on the Sip Club. They just don’t have coffee brewed when you show up?’
The guy in the kitchen handed me my plates of food but forgot to give me my coffee cup. I’m glad I remembered. I ordered online.
I asked the cashier if any soups are gluten free. She looked puzzled and got the help of a coworker who seems more confident. I doubted his word and just looked at the Panera website and confirmed for them.
Positives: Food was tasty and...
