Rally's — Restaurant in Little Rock

If I could give negative stars they would receive ALL the negative stars.

Here's an idea, if you close at two am and you stop accepting online orders at 1:15, maybe have it posted on your website or the app.... Instead we paid for it online not knowing this info, and we get there like ten to fifteen minutes before they close.... And we were told they couldnt do anything, file a dispute with your bank. Now I gotta deal customer because of lazy non working idiots.

Even asked if I showed him the order if they could make it but they were already closed and done cleaning. Closed and cleaned before the close time?

Oh and couldn't place a order because the headsets were broken? You mean too damn lazy to do you job? Acting as if we are a inconvenience.

Let's not even talk about the kids that decided to walk up and talk to us all aggressive and what not. 2am y'all ain't no older than 8 or 9. Where are your damn parents!!!!

Truly disappointed with the whole experience and this location.

Doesn't seem to be the best part of town, however, I am not a local resident. They are definitely trying to do the best they can. They are VERY hard working, helpful, and cool tempered under sometimes extreme situations. I will start by saying, having NEVER been to a RALLY'S before, I am 50+ years old and MY GOODNESS, "GET THE FRIES, AS MANY AS YOU CAN"!!! They were the best part of All, yes ALL, of our meals, because we went back a few times over about 3 days. They were Absolutely Delicious, and I Do Not Usually even order fries. I had a few of someone else's and just HAD to go back for more. We had a family member admitted to a local hospital, and no other restaurants were open when we had left to find our hotel. Luckily, Rally's is open late, and our family found a wonderful surprise by finding them open, as well as finding a very good meal. I say Thank you to them for being there when no others were open. The Staff was Kind, Helpful and just what we needed at that time of the night. Due to our experience in Little Rock, I will definitely be more likely to visit a RALLY'S near...

Had to drop down from my previous review to a single star. -It was that bad. I wanted to like it, but couldn't.

I hadn't been here in over a year, and saw I had the app on my phone, so I wanted to try again. I placed an order for a burger and chicken sandwich, and drove down to the restaurant. When I got there, I was asked to pull around to the parking lot, and soon after, someone came out to tell me they didn't have any chicken, and I should make a different selection, which I did. About ten minutes later, I was brought one sandwich, and had to share my other selection, which was made fairly quickly, or was already inside, prepared. Both sandwiches were cool, tepid, about room temperature. My back-up selection was eaten first, and it was okay, not good, but okay. The burger was awful and cold. I took one bite, nearly gagged, and folded it back up and tried not to think about what I had just swallowed. I probably won't be back. I lost about eight bucks, and could have spent that several other places, for a much better late-night snack that would at least have been...
