As with most restaurants, this one started out decent, but has since gone downhill. I visited 2 months ago, and noticed a strand of hair in my food, but against my better judgment, and my son's advice, I decided to give it another try. The soup and salad arrived without fail, along with drink refills. The chef told jokes that were entertaining, and prepared a meal that wasn't bad. As my family and I waited for my card to be returned, a woman approached us and told us we had to leave to make way for another family. This has never happened at any other restaurant. My children were clearly confused and bewildered, as was I. They hurriedly got their things snd made way for the door while I sat there trying to make out what just happened. The waitress arrived with my card and the bill, which was $132 for 4 people. I noticed we were charged $10 for fried rice, which is uncommon, as the rice should come with a Combination Meal of steak and shrimp that costs $24.95. Since when do they charge extra for the rice? I filled out the receipt to include the needed information, but excluded a tip. I don't want the wait staff nor chef to think this was a representation of them, but a representation of the establishment as a whole. It was far from what I expected, and very disappointing. These establishments must understand to maintain your customers and their loyalty, they must be great from start to finish. I felt like the $10 I paid for rice, was my tip. Better yet here's a tip, treat your customers better. We all spend our hard earned money at these restaurants, and should be treated with respect. We could have gone anywhere, but chose to come to your establishment, so please treat us and our pennies...

I visited this restaurant a little while back and will NEVER go back again! Let me tell you why. My cousin invited me and a good friend of mine out to eat with her at samurai. When i got there I ordered my food and was not pleased with it. It was nasty in my opinion. I asked the waitress if I could order something else and she said "yes you can, but you also have to pay for the food that you didnt like!" With a look of shock and disgust on my face I replied, "I only took one bite out of it so why should I be forced to pay for something I didnt even eat a 3rd of?" She yelled "You stilll have to pay!" and then walked away in a very rude manner. At this point I was feeling a very negative vibe and was ready to go. As I tried to exit their establishment, they blocked all doors and grabbed me by my arm tugging and pulling me in their direction as if they were going to all jump on me! I was pregnant at the time and so was my cousin. As i finally somehow found my way out, they blocked my cousin in and bullied her into paying for the horrible food that I didnt eat! For that very reason I will NEVER go back again and will advise everyone else not to. And just incase you're wondering, no I'm not done with this matter! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED EVERYONE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THAT THEY...

Great experience! Me and my husband went for his birthday and it was the best choice we could've made! The waitress was very nice and attentive. I ordered the New York strip steak and my husband ordered the rib eye steak. We haven't been to a Habachi in a very long time so didn't know what to expect other than them cooking in front of us. So with our choice of meat, the meal comes with steamed rice or fried with an extra charge (we did fried rice), grilled veggies, a salad (ranch, ginger, or thousand Island dressing), house soup, and sliced oranges for dessert. I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a cocktail. Both was really good. The soup was a clear broth with some sliced mushrooms. It was very tasty and full of flavor. The cook came out and confirmed our meal choices (we were at a large table with 2 other families). Once confirmed, the fun began! From flipping utensils and making music with them, catching things on fire, and telling jokes, it was very entertaining! Once each item is finished cooking, he fills each person's plate full of food. There was so much food and we had a lot of fun. Everyone at the table was really nice as well and it felt like we made new friends.

100% recommend this place!! Can't wait...

Normally this is my go to hibachi restaurant but on this day the service was horrible. There was major confusion between our server and cook, our order along with the other six customers sitting at the grill had to be corrected and repeated multiple times to the point it became excessive. Me and my finace both ordered the Hibachi Steak and Salmon. We was served Shrimp and Steak instead, when we corrected the chef on our order he gave us a plate and asked for our "COOKED SHRIMP THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN PLACED ON PLATES THAT WE HAD BEEN EATING OFF OF BACK!" I am almost positive that is a health violation. On top of that we had to wait on our salmon to be cooked while our other food was getting cold. The food overall was good but still the principle of the matter. My fiance was also served her Merlot Wine in a dirty glass. The cook did not perform as they normally do as well. Just an overall bad experience.

I got 3 dinners from this place yesterday for takeout and I will NEVER order from this place again!! The total amount was around $74.87. Four things I didn't like about this place: * The small amount and the quality of food for the price. I should have gone to Bamboo Hibachi. They give you more food for less of the price and taste is better. * My call-in order wasn't ready at the time I was told. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes after arriving at the restaurant. * They were unorganized. * There's no way this place is practicing social distancing when they accept large parties of 10 and more.
